Cute little place. The best staff. My daughter really enjoyed the locket one of the smallest village helpers helped me pick out. We love this place and will come back.

I love this place. I accidentally came across it. Went in and found exactly what I was looking for my English Tea Party. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Heather has added such joy to my life with her beautiful chalk painted furniture and lovely little treasures I have bought from her. Her finished painted furniture is just gorgeous. I can’t figure out how she so beautifully finishes her work. Make the time to stop by, meet Heather and see for yourself what I’m talking about. I’m a regular there and you will see why I am. Thanks Heather!!!

Our furniture delivery service has been assisting Heather at her adorable little shop for a while now and we just wanted to say that the pieces she carries are always of solid quality... and we have transported a lot of furniture over the past six years to compare it with! She really has an amazing eye for tasteful decor. We always enjoy helping her customers because Heather is so friendly and accommodating... she is a joy to see every time she greets us. Check this store out!

Just stopped here today. Yes the walk through venders are gone but the Village is getting a face lift. Spent sometime talking with The Southern Yankee business owner John. Currently 3 business on the property and open space for more. Keep an eye on the renovation and definitely come see what's new.

Rumor has it that this place will be moved in the next couple of years for the new high speed railway system. They are going to build a bridge across the tracks that goes through the Village. I enjoy walking through this place now and then. The shops are eclectic and you can kill some good time just browsing and looking for something that you would like to purchase. Grill Billies moved already in preparation for this bridge and that was one of my favorite places here. It is a unique place and will be missed.

Vintage Village was such a fun place to check out today! There are multiple buildings and outdoor spaces to visit. All are filled with vintage items and antiques. It was fun looking around at all of the cool stuff. There were a lot of really cool old signs for Coke, Shell stations, and things like that. Some items were overpriced but it was still fun to look around at all of the cool stuff. They also had lots of garden ornaments. There's also a store out there that sells bbq grills and smokers. They also sell dry rubs and bbq sauces. They let us sample any items we wanted to sample. We went home with some delicious new bbq sauces. We will definitely visit the village again as I have a feeling that their inventory is constantly changing.

I so enjoy walking through antique shops and markets. I've driven by the Vintage Village on so many occasions, but on July 4th, I finally stopped in with my family. The Village consists of several vintage outbuilding, which contain an assortment of antique furnishings, signage, glassware and so much more. There is so much to see and much of the pricing is reasonable. They also have staff that can show you how to paint and beautify antique items. If you enjoy antiquing, this is a great place to visit. It will take a few hours to see much of the items, because inside, outside and around each corner are unique merchandise.

Tucked away off Durant right by the railroad tracks is this rustic hideaway. The little shacks and lean-tos are built with reclaimed wood, tin signs, and cast off doors and are just as fascinating to look at as the quirky and old-time collections inside. Wear sturdy shoes expect to come away a little dustier than when you arrived. But worth an hour to step back in time, and you just might find yourself a treasure to take home.

Vintage Village is my favorite place in the Raleigh area. Plan on spending a good amount of time here. There is something for everyone - furniture, decorations, vintage finds, etc., and it is so fun to look through all of the shops.

I've been wanting to check this place out ever since I moved here about two months ago. I had a few minutes to spare and decided to swing in yesterday. Very cool eclectic bunch of shops. They had a guy smoking some ribs too. They smelled amazing. They had everything from old windows, ladders, benches, old radio flyer wagons, new North Carolina art, signs, chalk paint, furniture, chinaware to fountains! I could spend an hour or two just looking through stuff! Go check it out if you're into that sort of thing. There is a sign for a farmers market. I saw some tomatoes and squash right outside of one of the shops but that's about it. Maybe I got there too late for the market.

I don't know if I would really consider them antiques... more so collectibles, but still one of the most unique places I've ever been to. You'll find a lot of old, cool knick knacks for your home. Literally like a treasure hunt. They're located in an awkward place, so it's easy to to miss them.

What do they say? One man's trash is another man's treasure? Ummm, I don't know about antiques but if I ever need a concrete frog, or a glass pig, or a 1964 Coke sign I know right where to go. Definitely funky in a cool kinda way it's a nice place to spend an hour browsing and who knows, you might even find that pokadotted penquin you've been looking for.
