Buying on the website to be picked up at the local store is to be avoided.More than once I ordered online and waited days for an email to say "pick up is ready." It doesn't arrive. When I call, the order was filled and I was never alerted by email.Further when I went into the store the manager was unkempt with left over food in several places in his beard. As the order had been filled and on their shelf for three days, anyone offering even average customer service, would have PICKED UP THE PHONE and let me know it was ready.Their 'canned' response was about my 'checking the spam folder' for the final email. On a scale of 1 to 10 for backoffice systems between website and store, a 5.On a scale of in store customer service and professionalism, a generous 3.5 for this store in Fuquay.Clean up your act Vitamin Shoppe.

Just returned from the first experience from The Vitamin Shoppe in Raleigh off Capital. I typically go to Whole Foods or Sprouts for vitamin products, but not anymore. The product knowledge was top notch. The professionalism was also outstanding. They not only took their time finding me the correct product, but they also saved me money. I will tell all my friends to go there for all their vitamin and protein mix supplies. Just terrific!

I was racially profiled at this establishment. I went in for a certain item and asked the person who was working there her name is Barbara where I could find the item and she looked it up and said that they didn't no longer carry that and then took me to another item similar to that I said OK thank you and I started looking at the item and it wasn't what I wanted and she Proceeded to help another customer and as she walked past me she looked down inside my purse. In order not to cause a confrontation I bought a different item and left. To avoid confrontation I would Not go into that store

Super Helpful Staff & a good selection of product. However, since it's a smaller store you're not going to find all of the hidden gems of a product line here. Nonetheless you'll still get the essentials and some!

I was looking for vitamin B complex and I found only one bottle of a trusted brand I buy from. After I saw that it was greasy I told the sales associate about it and she said that it was probably from another broken bottle from the box since the one I was buying was sealed shut. When I got home and opened up the bottle there was broken glass inside ?.

I went to three Vitamin Shoppes..I was actually concerned about Amazon's effect on brick and mortar stores .So I decided to buy a supplement that costs $17 on Amazon for the " sale price " of $25 at Vitamin Shoppe The first store was out .They rec. I go to a 2nd.store in Raleigh. That store sent me to the Capital Blvd store ,By then I was a good 40 mins. from my starting point, This time the item was in Stock ---the problem was the rude manager Inexplicably rude ---which I probably would just shake off if I had not driven so far to accomplish this mission. . Silly me wanting to change the flow of Commerce to the Internet . .I noticed that the Second Clerk referred to her as " Boss " when he called the third store to make sure the item was in stock. (He explained that he had just transferred from that store .) It struck me as odd to hear that title in the 21st Century. It was also odd that at the 3rd store the clerk there also was a recent transfer . If the mgr.treats her staff like she treats her customers there may be a reason both stores had people who had just transferred from another store . Of course that may all be innocent But bless it if there is going to be a second Vitamin Shoppe purchase ,.

Honestly, I didn't think it was that big (as others I've been to) but it was a good size. Staff was really nice and non pushy.
