This is the slowest pharmacy. I have been here multiple time and each and every time it is over 30mins. In the drive thru or inside. It’s ridiculous.

Woman at the pharmacy seemed impatient and told me she'd have my paperwork ready, I waited for over 20 mins and she was nowhere to be found until I decided to leave and saw her using her phone, if she was on her break that's fine but the other pharmacist didn't seem to know about it either so I'll just go somewhere else I guess.

The pharmacy is a mess. The male pharmacist is short with you and not pleasant at all. I dread picking up my Mother's med. The clerks move at a snail's pace. Total mess!

I called the store after receiving a prescription filled by Mr. Thomas, the pharmacist. I called the store to inquire about possible drug interaction with prescriptions I was already taking.When the pharmacy tech asked Mr. Thomas, he refused to answer the question and instead referred me back to my doctor's office. My doctor's office had been closed for 1.5 hours at the time!I called a CVS and was promptly told which meds were safe together and which one's to space out. I am in severe pain and needed assurance that I was going to be ok if I took all the prescriptions. I advised the pharmacy tech that I was going to review my visit negativelyHe called me this morning...One star. If I could give half a star I would.

They have a variety of all things. I purchased eyelash glue here (buy one get one free). They have a good selection of shampoo & conditioner. If you don't feel like dealing with the big stores this place is great. They are very professional & friendly. I love great customer service.

I had a very disappointing experience when I went to this Walgreen's for a COVID shot. I had an appointment, and there was another customer with an appointment, and we both had to wait at least 45 minutes past our appointment times. The place wasn't particularly busy, but they seemed extremely disorganized.I came with the paperwork that was requested; they didn't even look at the email I was told to print out (thanks for having me waste paper) and even though I had already filled out and given them my Vaccination Consent Form, they asked me to fill out another one after I had already been waiting for a half an hour.Finally, one of the pharmacists walked by and the other customer asked when our shots were going to be available (the other customer had already gone up to the counter and asked once already). The pharmacist said he would tell the other pharmacist that we were ready. I don't know what would have happened one of us hadn't asked him. We'd probably still be sitting there.I must stress again that it was not particularly busy at this pharmacy. There were numerous times when we were waiting when there did not appear to be any other customers being served. Finally, the other pharmacist came out and took care of us. My shot only took about five minutes once my name was called, but I had been sitting around for over an hour at that point.The whole thing was extremely disorganized and a lot of the workers seemed to have a very lackadaisical attitude (masks hanging off their faces with their noses exposed, etc.). To be honest, I wouldn't trust them to give me the right prescription and I just hope to hell they gave me the correct vaccine.EDIT: Oh my God! It's two days later and I just got an email from Walgreen's thanking me for getting my FIRST vaccine. This was my SECOND vaccine! They obviously have no idea what they are doing at this Walgreen's. I really hope they gave me the right shot.

I went to pick up a online order the manager came out her name is Onnie atleast that's what she told me. She told me there was no order listed for my daughter I showed her the order and confirmation she still proceeded to tell me it wasn't there. I asked for a manager she said very rudely that she was the manager so I asked her what she was going to do about the situation she told me to call a 1-800 number maybe they could help I then had my daughter on the phone who is a shift leader at another Walgreens, she told me what to tell the manager to do to find the order the manager had a nerve to tell me I should have said that in the beginning I told her wasnt my job she should know what to do she was very rude and unprofessional and yes she went right in the store after my daughter gave her instructions she didnt say thank you or anything I was upset at her behavior and I did tell her maybe she needed more training. I will not shop in that store again

The pharmacy is the WORST!!! They are rude as hell. And do not keep their system up to date. Every time I come here, they always give me a hard time getting prescriptions. Its always a lie about a confusion with who's my coverage and every time I end up paying for it out of pocket to avoid an even longer wait! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!

I've only been here twice and the Pharmacy attendant, possibly a nurse, hasn't worn a mask both times. You can still catch and spread COVID-19 despite being fully vaccinated. This is just negligent.

Very slow to answer the phone. Put on hold multiple times. This is not a one-time thing. It happens all the time. In addition, their automated menu is not helpful. Very, very frustrating.

WORST EXPERIENCE of my life. All the staff there were so rude and just awful. I came in to see if my prescription was ready. I get a awful moody response with “what’s your name”. Second my prescription was still waiting on insurance approval and I asked if I could pay out of pocket she then reply with its this amount. I showed her a GoodRX code and she said they didn’t accept it when clearly GoodRX works with any Walgreens. Terrible attitudes need new management and staff.

I shop at this Walgreens frequently since it is close to my home. I rarely leave reviews, but I had to share my experience tonight at the Walgreens located at 3101 New Bern Ave. Due to a mixup (on my part) the manager on duty tonight,(7pm) I believe his name is Marcus. He was so helpful and professional. He went out of his way to make things right and I really do appreciate it. I wish there were more companies who still believe in giving great customer service.Thanks again for your help and time.

1 outta 4 attendants were helpful.. no public rest rooms.. it wouldnt be so bad but not 1 medical facility allows you inside to use theirs, but they expect you to have a loved one wait for you in their parking lots.. and that's all that's around here.. social failure in america
