Got a note on my prescription status to call this pharmacy. I did and they said my prescription had been sent to the 8010 Tryon Rd location. I asked them to call that pharmacy and check the status. They insisted I go to the Cary store. So I went and they didn’t my prescription. So I called this store to put them on speakerphone to the Cary store they sent me to. The pharmacist from this store talks to that one and they figure out the prescription isn’t there… But the “friendly” pharmacist forgot he was on speakerphone. “I don’t even know why she’s there.”Because you, my pharmacist 5 miles from my home, told me to drive 25 minutes to THAT STORE!?Why didn’t they call when I put in the refill request LAST WEEKEND!? It takes 72 hours for the refill request and they don’t care.Service has dropped so significantly that I will be changing pharmacy!They wasted my time, gas, and my loyalty.

Extremely rude staff today at the register and the pharmacy. They had me go from drive thru to front counter to pharmacy trying to find photos I had already paid for and requested drive through pickup with my Rx. Not one staff member could be bothered to help me. The person who finally found my photos in the pharmacy had a smart mouth and an attitude. Will definitely take all my business elsewhere from now on. Zero stars if I could.

I waited in the Drive-Thru line for the Walgreens pharmacy for 45 minutes.there were three cars in front of me and two cars behind me .when I made it to when it was my turnthe Walgreens pharmacy was closedI looked at my telephone it was still two minutes before actual closing time .they explain to me through the speaker that the Walgreens pharmacy had closed and they could not help me.but then told me about the Walgreens Pharmacy over in Fuquay-varina that was 24 hours.having groceries in the car that were already getting warm after 45 minutes I just went home.

This place is pretty horrible. If I could give it zero stars I could. UNLESS you happen to like waiting in line just to find out they haven't filled your scripts and you have to come back and wait again, over and over. The only reason they can stay open is because there are no other options.

OMG! Slowest Walgreens I've ever seen. Waited in front of window for 20 minutes, pressed the call button, nothing but crickets. Can't wait to show the video and photos.

Would like to rate it zero star. Twice tried taking flu shot there. Received same reply that wait time is 45 minutes. First time went there at rush hr and asked to come back midday. Tried midday today. Got same reply to wait 45'. When asked pharmacist said it could be even more she cant guarantee. Called up the Kildaire pharm location n asked about waittime; Pharmacist said no waittime; if any may be 10/15'. Told him my experience at the other location; he said at theirs it was never more than 10/15'; he also added it doesnt take that long to do flu shot. That was my question to the first walgreens. They are ineffiecient and the pharmacist was kind of rude when i told her this is my second attempt here. She blamed on less staffing today and she needs to fill up prescriptions first however note both days i got same reply. ------ Later same day, went to the second walgreens, it took less than 10' to arrive, fill out forms, take flu shot, shop a little and walk out of there. The pharmacist said it doesnt take long to give shots and that should be priority. We shouldnt have people waiting for 45'.

Do not ever trust this pharmacy with your medications! They are disorganized, ignorant and have no clue what’s going on. They run out if your medication and never re-order, let you go without your medication for two or more days! We are going to report them!
