I have a conplaint about my medication delivery I called the phamacy 02-05-2025 to order my medication was told they will have med 02-06-2025 i asked for delivery and they applyed to my card to be delivered 6th I called 3 times talking to Amber she ashored my med's will be delvered she told me lady had pick it up no med's i called a 4th time talking to Jackie where is my med's she stated it is there deliver is 7th i would have missed 2 days.not good to tell customer med's has been picked up when it is there.Jackie said tomorrow after 3 that's not good business will be moving. This is second time this happen with Amber about my med's.will also complaint to head office.

If you need some prescriptions medicine you going to be cure by the time they have your prescription ready, is ridiculous they have the medicine on hand and keep making people wait for it, unacceptable.

Daylight hours are pleasant, plenty of room with no crowded waiting. These days, like every other pharmacy, the phone is impossible. So smooth things by using their app. Physician Rx are processed quickly.

I gave it time plus using a fake account to conceal identity. Went into the store to get a covid vaccine. A man came in after me, with a mask and coughing. They brought him into the vaccine room first and afterwards you could hear the pharmacist asking if the room had been cleaned. Not 2 mins later, I was called into the room by the larger white tech to receive vaccine and saw the covid test sitting right there (and the man tested positive!). Why would you have people who are actively sick and those who want a vaccine use the same space in a short period of time? Also, we both sat in the waiting area for 20 mins - why allow someone with covid to sit in the waiting area for so long?!?! Plus, why leave out the machine if other people are going to use the room, isn't this a violation of privacy rights? This makes no sense. This store is a mess, I won't be using this location again.

Walgreens is my favorite place to go but this morning they had an employee walking around coughing everywhere and not wearing a mask. She may not have covid but whatever she has I do not want it and I'm sure her co worker's do not want it either. Someone should really ask her to wear a mask until she gets better. Hope she feels better soon.

I wish I could give this store a 0. I have been to three different states, have a step mother that runs a Walgreens, and have grown up with Walgreens all my life. This store makes me not even want to see the Walgreens logo. I hate this store so much. I hate the fact that I have no choice but to shop here because of proximity. Please invest in more cheerful employees. Do better.

Placed a curbside order & was extremely sick only to find out that they were closed when their hours end at 8pm. The technician in the pharmacy wasn’t helpful & she advised that the manager Alan told her I would have to cancel my order. This makes absolutely no sense considering the fact I advised my items were rx otc for illness. I will not be using this pharmacy again. It’s really horrible considering when I was a technician for Walgreens my location was extremely helpful.

I got here and waited 30 minutes only to be told it was not in stock and they had to find another Walgreens to get it filled,very disappointed
