The staff at this Walgreens are so unprofessional, rude and slow. I have been going here for years because it is convenient, but it is always painful. Normally the drive thru wait is ridiculous and the staff have no sense of urgency. Today I used the drive-thru and the associate didn’t even say hello or provide any kind of greeting just said “last name.” When he returned with my prescriptions, he just shoved the drawer out without using any of his words. After paying, there was no goodbye. There was no thank you or have a good day. Very impersonal and honestly, hateful. I will officially be switching pharmacies even though it’ll be inconvenient for me.

Pharmacy employees are nonchalant and have poor customer service at this location. No tissues or hand sanitizer in the Covid testing area. I had to purchase a box of tissues after the employee swabbed my nose for testing. I just wanted 1 tissue. I informed them in a pleasant manner to make sure the necessary items are available to customers and both employees looked at me like “whatever”.
I’ll choose another location in the future for sure.

Heed these reviews and use any other Walgreen's to fill your prescription. Rude and incompetent pharmacy staff.

My goto quick in and out store for weekend little snacks and treats. Toothpaste. Cereal. Shampoo. Etc. Many times will use the Walgreens app to purchase ahead so I just quickly pick up at counter. The app usually offers major discounts and coupons so I find the cost to be comparable or cheaper than the closeby Target... but avoid the major parking hassle and rummaging through the huge Target store.

The young Spanish boy who does cashier is rude. He dropped everything he was doing with me to accommodate another customer.

Very rude when they make mistakes and blame the customer instead.

The service was sub par, when I went to the cashier with 3 dollars when the purchase I DID NOT KNOW was 3.20 and the cashier was VERY rude and said "if you don't have the money then Get on of here and leave". This was also recently after they raised most of their prices and I thought this would be enough for some snacks. The bathroom is also very unsanitary being when I went in there was filth on the wall and a huge dump in the toilet.

Store went downhill within the last year. Some of the managers are rude, extremely understaffed at the front register, yet have all those employees walking around, poorly stocked. They really need to think about opening a self checkout.

My adult daughter needed a prescription filled because she was in a severe clinical depression. After dropping the prescription at this Walgreen’s, she was told they could not fill this prescription because they did not carry the medication she needed and told her they would transfer the script to another pharmacy. She had them send it to a CVS, but after making the transfer, CVS told her they didn’t work with her insurance. She went back to Walgreen’s and spoke to the pharmacist who told her they COULD fill the prescription and that they would work with CVS to transfer the prescription back. Next day, still not transferred back and since it was now Friday, she would have to wait until Monday to pick up her prescription. Mind you, she began this journey on a Tuesday which means the turn around for medication for a clinical depression became 6 days.Fast forward to Monday and she receives a text that her prescription is ready. She calls to verify after the whole fiasco of -we don’t carry that, go someplace else - we do carry it after all; wait 3 days - to finally hear; we can’t get the starter pack, call your doctor to order the lower dose separately. What? After jumping through all sorts of hoops and calls to the doctor, she finally gets a message that the 20mg dose was ready. Another call to the pharmacy to ask them to also fill the 10mg. Another text that prescription is ready. Finally, my husband stops in to pick up the prescription and they only give him the 10mg. Another call to the pharmacy to hear from the technician that they don’t have the 20mg script (this is the initial prescription that she already received a confirmation text that it was ready for pick up). My daughter became irate at that point. And the pharmacist became instantly rude asking her why she is taking that tone with her. Seriously??My daughter responded saying, you have no idea what I have been through to which this compassionless woman responds, well I don’t know who you have spoken to or what happened. Then promises my daughter that the prescription will be ready I 10 minutes. She gets the confirmation-ready for pick up text and her husband goes to pick up only to be told the prescription is not ready and since there was a shift change, nobody knows anything about it. WTH? Don’t come to this pharmacy; it is filled with incompetent, rude, apathetic technicians who don’t care if their patrons are at risk and will mock you and carelessly (or spitefully?) neglect to fill your prescription when your sanity depends on it.

***WARNING*** they gave me the wrong vaccination . I went in for a pneumonia vaccination and their records said they gave me a D-Tap. When I called they said they gave me a flu shot. I contacted corporate and have not heard back from them. They have changed my online records twice. I don't know what I received, so I don't know what I need to protect myself through the season, especially since I have asthma.

In the drive up pick up line this afternoon, the car in front of me had issues with their prescriptions. It took thirty minutes to resolve! Why not ask her to pull out and park and come into the store. If I wanted to leave, I could not have because of the back up behind me. Please do better next time.

The pharmacy staff is doing the best they can despite being short staffed. Guess what? I was told by some pharmacy techs at this location that their work hours were being reduced involuntarily! They want to work more hours but apparently Walgreens/Boots corporation has decided more profit is more important than patient safety and patient convenience. It's not safe to have overworked pharmacists. Some of the techs have been trained to give injections which is fine. What isn't acceptable are the extremely long wait times to receive a vaccination. I suggest researching independent pharmacies nearby with the same prices and infinitely better customer service. The only reason to patronize this chain is if the vaccine you want is not available at an independent store.
