Nit sure what's been happening at this pharmacy location, if they are short staffed or if any employees have any illness breakout there but it closes on short notice, prescriptions are completed slowly and this is the only location that keeps closing out of no where. Maybe thiers a high employee turnover, not sure what's going on but this area needs a steady pharmacy that will not have constant hiccups like that. People are super decent on prescriptions. Corporate definitely needs to have a walk through or talk with staff and manager.very dissappointing!
Update: 03/19/2025
During the same week of me placing this review, things definitely changed and we're positively impacted. This pharmacy and the employees there are of great need and are important because of our meds and constant communications and changes and confirmations to our meds and medical insurance. You all are greatly appreciated and do not go unnoticed! So glory to Jesus! Glory to God!

The female cashier and the manager in the photo section need to fix their attitude and smart ass responses when asked a simple question . HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE .

The fact that the store has bathrooms but they aren't in use says a lot about these placees... I'm a paying customer and can't even use the restroom.... Sheesh I might need to find a new Walgreens.

I have to call the pharmacy about a prescription, which I did. The people working in the pharmacy pick up the phone, then put it on hold again immediately.
They do it over and over and over and over and over until I give up.
0/10 customer service.

Very bad service, just at this moment I went to get my pills, the young man at the register was very racist and in front of him was his colleague and he didn't say anything, they should hire people who actually want to work

Called just to ask about prescription availability. Waited 4 minutes to talk to someone. Asked her what I was looking for, she says she'll check and put me on hold. 12 minutes later someone else picks up and greets me like I just called in. I explained I was on hold for someone looking up a medication. I tell her the medication. She puts me on hold. 7 minutes later the call is hung up. I call again. On hold for 6 more minutes. Finally get my answer. While half an hour doesn't seem too bad, it's the amount of intervention and re-explaining that causes issues. Along with this, they didn't have my prescription so if I have to call 4-5 pharmacies looking for my prescription and all of them take 30 minutes I'll spend nearly 3 hours just calling pharmacies which isn't fun or realistic if you have a job.

AGAIN DO NOT GO to this store. Updated insurance information was provided via the telephone and it was not entered. The employees are RUDE and will close the drive-thru window and hang up in you in your face and Walgreens does NOTHING! Stay away from this store! Complaining to corporate everyday until I get results. UPDATE: The store manager lied to corporate stating they offered medication delivery to me. This is untrue. They are liars! Everyone is not lying on this store! Horrible service!

The WORST pharmacy. Horrible communication and lack of empathy. Super Disorganized. 10/10 do NOT recommend.
6/22/23:
- I went up to Walgreens IN PERSON because I wanted to transfer my prescriptions from Costco so I would be able to use the drive-thru when needed since I was pregnant.
-I brought my empty prescription bottles with me (anxiety & depression) AND my insurance card to the front counter. A male tech helped me and wrote down my rx info and made sure my insurance was in the system. He said I was all set.
-In addition I went home and was able to upload the RX's on the app on the transfer page just to make sure.
-Days went by- finally after calling and not getting any help I went back up to Walgreens.
-I was told that insurance wouldn't pay for my prescriptions unless they were re prescribed by my current doctor. No, they said they couldn't call the doctor but I had to do it. It had been a couple days without my medication at that point.
-Called and messaged my doctor and was finally able to get a response. She re wrote prescriptions and sent them in.
-More Days went by.
-Called Pharmacy and they never ran the new prescriptions like they said they would. They "said" they would have them all ready for me to pick up that night. (Was not ready)
-Finally 2 of the 3 prescriptions were ready days later.
-Called again last night 7/10 and spoke to someone about the third prescription. She said it would be filled in an hour and ready for pickup. The app is still showing it isn't ready on 7/11.
- It has been weeks without my prescriptions- I am pregnant depressed anxious and had to call out of work today because my mental health is bad.
-Nobody with walgreens is commucating with me, everyone is disorganized, things are being said they will be done but aren't.
-I also had 2 iron supplements sent to them because my iron was extremely low (almost anemic) but of course none of those were filled either with no communication.
-These are literally 3 basic medications that my insurance covers so what is going on with Walgreens?!
-switching pharmacies today.
DO NOT RECOMMEND.

There is one woman who works here and she is always so unfriendly and never really seems like she wants to work, not sure if she is the boss there but this woman has never made me feel welcomed at that store, nobody seems to care. The other employees are super friendly and always happy to help.

This is a place of lazy and rude staffing, to be fair, I would say some staff. This is the second time that my prescription was not filled out even after 8 hours.

I am sick of the pharmacy. I am done. I am moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy. They keep refilling prescriptions when not asked to. They are not on auto refill yet things keep getting auto refilled. My latest is that I got a notice that one was being refilled and yet I had two weeks left and I didn't request a refill. The notice even stated that an early refill was requested. Is Walgreens a scam? Are they trying to scam the insurance companies and the customers? I am moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Figured I'd get this out now, while I'm still on hold. We're now at 21 minutes. Every time they answer the phone, they say "we'll be right with you" and put me back on hold before I can even respond. Edit: Then they hung up on me. Abhorrent customer service. Worst pharmacy I've interacted with.
