Terrible Customer Service, Long Wait Times, Non Professional, ETC.Pharmacy Manager Alex didn’t even apologize once after I expressed my complaints with him !!!! Worst pharmacy ever !!!!!!!!!!!!

I have tolerated this pharmacy for a few years because it was very convenient from my house. My daughter has two insurances and almost every time I get her prescriptions filled, they never run it through the second insurance. This causes me to have to wait longer or even delay the people behind me. I'm switching to a pharmacy because I just can't deal with the lack of getting it right after a number of tries.

Do not ever have your prescribed meds transferred here, these employees are not timely, professional, caring, or customer focused.I highly recommend you transfer your prescribed medication and other needs to another. Pharmacy. No stars at all

If I could rate this pharmacy a zero, I would. The staff doesn’t care about customers, they’re too busy involved in their own side conversations. They never answer the phone. I’ve called multiple times trying to fill a prescription, been placed on hold, put on another hold for over an hour, just to get disconnected. After that annoyance, I drove to the pharmacy to go inside and witnessed the phone ringing off the hook with absolutely no sense of urgency from any employee to answer it. The pharmacy is scheduled to close at 8 and I arrived at 7:35. The 3 people behind the pharmacy counter were unprofessional, discussing the eyelashes and whitening strips they had purchased, and paying no mind to the 6 people in line. Lyra, the “manager on duty” pulled the accordion gate closed at 7:52pm. When another guest who had finally received their prescription was trying to leave, one of the techs yelled at them from across the counter to “just move the gate” so they could exit. First off, it’s a fire hazard to close people in who don’t know how to move the gate or which direction it comes from. Secondly, my doctor phoned in my refill at 11am that morning and yet they were still counting out my pills after closing time. I waited until 8:14 to leave and the already disgruntled employees were very clearly annoyed and unprofessional. I feel sorry for the elderly gentleman who approached the gate (which was only slightly opened due to another customer having to exit) at 8:01pm who was refused his cough syrup that the ER had phoned in for him. Lyra denied him service because they were “closed” although I preceded to wait another 15 minutes for my meds. Absolutely pitiful. As a fellow retail manager, this is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

0 star for pharmacy department. I scheduled a rapid Covid test for travel but they cannot find the record, after retype everything on site and the do the test after 30minutes, the result cannot be delivered to email (they said nothing during the test and in another after visit they said “the email delivery system is broken and need to be repaired”). We came back to store again after 2 hours and got a piece of paper with the test name being cut off, the flight crew did not take it. DO NOT COME HERE for the rapid test, you will spend 130 bucks and got nothing but trouble.

I used the automated system to renew my prescription and several days later I waited in line for 20 minutes, just to be told that the doctor "shut my prescription down". After checking my chart, and confirming with my physician, in fact, the prescription was renewed at Walgreens. When I asked why she hadn't called me, she told me that they can't call everyone. Then the pharmacy manager told me that there are other Walgreens I can go to. I would rather go somewhere else and not patronize Walgreens. The problem is they are so big that they will not fail and knowing that, have decided to forgo any semblance of customer service. I'd rather go to a private pharmacy and pay 10 times more.

Very, very disappointing experience with trying to speak with a pharmacist today. We were on-hold for 25 full minutes and, shuffled between different people, and then we were eventually cut off off completely. This requires us to start the whole process all over again. I understand that they have had a change in leadership, but this is a basic patient/customer need for a regular customer that is unacceptable. It's time to formalize an appointment for a pharmacy manager that makes sure that things like this do not happen!!!! I'll give a better review to make up for this 1-star review when there is evidence that service has improved.

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy ever. I have never even written a review before, but I am waiting in line for 30+ minutes ever single time I go to pick up my ready prescription. Never have had a quick experience here and I will be transferring to another pharmacy after countless horrible experiences.

I went in for a passport photo and they were very nice and helpful. Brittany paid a lot of attention to detail to make sure that it fit the measurements. Johana also helped and was very friendly.

I have been going to this Walgreens for about 9 years, the pharmacy department is awesome, the pharmacist Sarah is such a wonderful person she genuinely cares about people and is always friendly and has a smile on her face Walgreens is extremely blessed to have her. I highly recommend this Walgreens.

Firstly, I was on hold for the pharmacy for 12 minutes and then disconnected. Next I called the store and spoke to an associate, TAY. I explained to her that I had a bad fall down the stairs and needed to send my 75 year old mother out to get some over the counter pain relievers and arnica cream. I told her that I had called the pharmacy, been on hold for 12 minutes and was then hung up on or disconnected- that’s why I was trying the store. I asked if she could please check to see if they had the arnica in stock so that my elderly mother didn’t have to drive all over looking for it? She said, “No, that won’t be possible.” I then asked her to please transfer me to the store manager. TAY said, “Sure.” And then hung up on me. I thought that was very rude and still didn’t know if they just have this one product, so I called back. I was then put on hold 5 times (I’m assuming by TAY who didn’t want to deal with me or have me speak to her manager)- each time the hold music would stop & the phone would ring- she picked it up and immediately placed me on hold again. Five times. I called back again and finally got a nice Shift Leader- apparently there’s no manager on duty. Lyra said they would check on the arnica for me and call me back. After 30 minutes I hadn’t been called back. I called again and Lyra said they couldn’t find any arnica. I am so disgusted by the way I was treated by TAY that I will not return to that store. Such rudeness, unprofessional behavior, and lack of human decency should not be tolerated by a company who claims to “care” for their customers.

Lady had an attitude upon arrival before even saying hello. Moved slow. Didn’t even put Covid test in the system which I needed within 2 hours for work. Had to call and the lady on phone was helpful. Maybe consider who you hire. These women don’t like their jobs ??♀️

Unapologetically and seemingly intentionally very very slow pharmacy.I’m typing this in the drive thru pick up line on a Saturday morning. I’m second in line and have been waiting 20 minutes.Update: pulled up to the window and a handwritten note said drive through was closed and to come inside. Simply outstanding.

This location is the literal WORST. The staff is incredibly rude. They are constantly losing photo orders and then act frustrated with the customer when they can’t locate the order. After multiple negative experiences with this particular store and staff members, I’ll never come back. Others, you’ve been warned.

It took them three days to fill a prescription. I went 2 hours after the prescription was sent to the pharmacy they told me they would have it ready for me in an hour. I went back the next day it still was not ready will never recommend this Walgreens. They are always very slow and unhelpful
