I had the worst experience at Walgreens, all thanks to an unbelievably rude employee named Mesha. I went in to retake a passport photo, and while the first person who helped me was polite and professional, Mesha was the exact opposite. She was rude, unprofessional, and clearly doesn’t care about treating customers with even the slightest bit of respect. I’ve never encountered someone with such a nasty attitude—she seemed to hate everything, including the air she breathes. Walgreens seriously needs to reconsider hiring people like her. She’s a disgrace to customer service

Had plenty of frustrating experiences at various Walgreens and pharmacies in my life— it just comes with the territory. This is THE most frustrating, worrisome experience I’ve ever had at any pharmacy. It is like pulling teeth to get accurate information from these pharmacists. Is it understaffing? Is it incompetence? I have no idea.
I called for days to find a pharmacy with my medication. They had it at the time I called. Within 15 minutes my doctor sent over the prescription. Took them over a day to start working on it, and made a mistake running my insurance which further delayed the process. I called again and got the insurance cleared up, but they still never started on the prescription. I came by to get another scrip I had waiting, they told me they could have the other one ready in 15. I didn’t want to wait, so they told me they’d fill it that night. They never did. I called back the next day, and it was out of stock. I said “is it on back order or is it coming in soon” and they PROMISED me it was not on back order, that it was scheduled to arrive on Monday. Called today— it’s on back order for 2 months.
I get it— these things are totally beyond the pharmacists control. What is not beyond a pharmacists’ control is just being honest with me. I am functionally disabled without medication. If they had been honest with me, I could have started my search for a different pharmacy DAYS ago. It really is SO SO frustrating that I’m about to have a very difficult week because of??? Miscommunication? Lack of care? Sketchy activity?
Edit: not to mention they accidentally put me on hold four times repeatedly, leaving me waiting on the phone for literally half an hour.

They never answer the phone at the pharmacy . CVS does. Worst pharmacy in the world . My Dr sent it in . They never receive anything . Not a worst pharmacy on earth . Not surprised they have a 1.9 rating . Wake med pharmacy always receives it

Pharmacy takes 1000 years to answer phone calls. Some of the staff are very rude. Specifically one guy who sometimes answers the phone there is always rude and wants to play God. They take forever to fill on time and they just need a lot of help here. If it wasn’t the only one with a drive-thru near my house I wouldn’t touch this location at all.

This store went downhill within the last year. Some of the managers are rude, extremely understaffed at the front register, yet have all those employees walking around, poorly stocked. They really need to think about opening a self checkout.

If you want to get your prescription filled in a timely manner, by a caring Healthcare professional,don't go here.
The Lead pharmacist laughs at customers when he is unwilling or unable to fill prescriptions. The staff break their backs to do what they can,but when the lead pharmacist consistently denies refills,doesn't explain to patient why,or how to fix the problem...and the is seen by about 5 customers behind me in line as he was laughing heartily,while telling me that they are unable to fill my prescription.
This man should loose his license,or ability to be a lead pharmacist.
Walgreens CORPORATE MUST TAKE ACTION ON THIS SADISTIC PHARMACIST IMMEDIATELY!!!

Please save yourself the headache and don’t fill your prescriptions here. I’ve tried 3 times and every time has been a disaster. The most recent time I called them 5 days after my doctor sent my prescription in to check on the status just for them to tell me they never started on it. They said they will and it will be ready in an hour. I stop by 6 hours later and wait in line for 45 minutes just to be told it was out of stock and no solution on how/when I can get it. Every experience has been awful and their pharmacist staff don’t have any idea what they’re doing. Wasting everyone’s time and delaying people access to their medication.
