A very awful store with poor customer service. I was there to drop off a FedEx package, the clerk do not know what to do - they called a seasoned worker and finally scanned the label for acceptance. Then, they tossed the packages to the back of the counter, with assistance of some kicking, of course. This is unacceptable and very rude.

I arrived to the pharmacy drive through at 6:50pm.
(10 mins before close) to pick up a ready Rx. There was no line- I went right to the window. I then sat there until 6:58 as people walked by the window doing other things. Nobody waited on me. I then pulled through and went inside. I made it to the pharmacy counter by 6:59- I did check. A worker named Y’Vonne did a hand signal where she was waving her hand at her neck and said “we’re closed”. I replied “I’ve been here since 6:50 in the drive though with nobody helping me.” The workers there didn’t seem to believe me and she glared at me but took my last name for Rx pick up. She spelled my name wrong when she read it back out loud. I corrected her spelling so she could find it and we could speed things up so she could close. She then glared at me again and said “you can kill it with the attitude”. Like what?! I truly didn’t have one! I have worked customer service and retail for years and have never taken an attitude out on a worker before. I simply responded “I am just correcting the spelling. I don’t have an attitude.” She mumbled “mmhmm” and typed in my corrected name. Between the drive through and Y’Vonne’s attitude- I have NEVER dealt with such rude staff. It’s incredibly rare I even review things.

I usually go to CVS but as of late they don’t have a lot of stuff. My ex used to rave about Walgreens so I went there and the pharmacists were so very helpful and nice. This may be my new go to. Thank you ladies a lot.

Pharmacy has had poor customer service for years. I drive farther away from home or do prescriptions online. Stay away from this one.

Yvonne was great and very patient. She helped work through an issue where ‘my dad’s insurance wasn’t showing up. Instead of just turning us away, she persisted until it was resolved. She’s a keeper.

No matter what the problem, the employees at this location (Glenwood Ave, Raleigh) always provide incredible, personalized service. The pharmacy in particular has great people!

Very disappointed in the service here. The drive through was ENTIRELY too long. Even the service on the phone was not helpful or friendly. Awful.
