This pharmacy deserves a 5 star because of the caring staff that it has available. I have known the core staff (Jason, Wheeler, and Margaret) for 5 years. I have nothing but great things to say about them and I come in the store regularly. I am sadden by the reviews that they receive by a customer. I know them personally and individually and I am an African American woman and this is not a true reflection of their character. My family can speak the same. I strongly encourage you to get to know the staff and there core values before uttering words like this. /attach.

I had a Saks 5th Avenue return. Walgreens is one of places to take the return and accept it by QR code. I went in and Margaret had no clue what I was talking about. I finally demanded her to ask another employee. Next employee got the job done. If you don’t know about this service ask a coworker, please don’t keep telling me “no” I had to take back returns prior to this so I know they have this service! Why????? I can only shake my head!!

I spend close to $600 at the store every single month. Anytime I come in late and the lead Jason is working he follows me to the aisle wherever I am. He pretends that he's doing something on the shelves. This has happened to me several times on his shift so now I'm tired of it. After he profiled me I asked his assistant to finding essential oils and then he just tells me go look on aisle 8 . He doesn't even try to help me after he got finished profiling me .I don't even have a regular size purse for him to even be suspicious. The purse I carry literally only carries credit cards. I left the store after my purchase. I then called the store a 10:49pm within moments of leaving. This all took place on September 3rd, in case the store would like to hear the recording. I spoke with him about it and he didn't even apologize. His response was I hardly ever follow people in the store .He was just like okay. So now I'm done shopping at that store. I will definitely take my business elsewhere.I must say that all other staff there are tremendous and awesome. The cashiers are always welcoming and provide service with a smile. That's why this experience with this shift lead is so disappointing.

The addition of Raj as a pharmacist (5 Stars) has significantly improved the accuracy and service of this pharmacy. However this store has a major problem with being understaffed.

pharmacy staff are incompetent. no one in this store is the slightest bit interested in customer service. My wife is switching all her prescriptions to CVS. We are tired of the hassle of dealing with these people. CVS on Landmark Drive in Raleigh has a pharmacist on duty 24x7: this Walgreens closes up the pharmacy at 8pm.

Love getting my photos here the old-fashioned way (i.e. print instead of in the cloud). They always print my photos quickly and there is usually a Walgreens discount code available to use on the Walgreen's app.

Pharmacy staff is aloof and inattentive. Constantly make mistakes. The store is terribly overpriced. Use only if you have no other choice. Not a fan at all.a

I visit this Walgreens frequently because of some serious health issues, and the people are great, especially Dr. Hitesh Patel and Brianna. I consult Dr. Patel whenever any of our doctors recommends a new medication. He is an important part of our care team. And Brianna and the other techs always take good care of us and leave us with a smile.The online system is not great. They’ll get ten stars once that’s fixed.

Clerk told me to take a seat for my shot. 45 mins. later, when I inquired, she said I had to have an appt to get it. Appalling inefficiency and rudeness!

Customer service isn't great at the pharmacy. And expect to wait an hour on something that should take 10 minutes. I live beside this place and I choose to goto cvs on landmark for my prescriptions.
