My prescription costs $70 to fill at Walmart. I transferred the prescription to this Walgreens because it’s near my house. It cost $600 at this Walgreens. It should be criminal to mark up prescriptions like that.

I visited this store around 10:14 p.m., and although the store doesn’t close until 12 a.m., I was told by an employee that looked like Hansel that the bathrooms close at 10 p.m. for cleaning per the manager Denise’s policy. When I asked for help, the employee was dismissive and unhelpful.
As someone visiting from Las Vegas, I expected a more professional and considerate response. I understand that policies are in place for a reason, but closing restrooms nearly two hours before the store closes — and doing so without courtesy or empathy — leaves a very poor impression.

Being a pharmacy technician you would think you would have good customer service and compassion for your customers but the experience I just had at this Walgreens that I come to frequently was disgusting!! They will no longer get my hard earned money. No tolerance for nasty attitudes in a customer service environment.

Worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. Incredibly slow service both at pharmacy and main store checkout. Everything takes way too long. They must be really understaffed. I was told my prescription would be ready in 30 minutes and when I came back they hadn’t even started on it yet. Ridiculously slow service. I waited in line at checkout behind 2 people for over 20 minutes

I went to this location a few weeks ago and received horrible customer service. The cashier told me that the restroom was closed. I’ve never heard that before as a paying customer. He either didn’t have a name tag on or had it covered so I have no idea what his name is. I went into the location again tonight and the same cashier answered my question in a rude manner. Needless to say, I will never return to this location.

These folks do not want your business. Their website posts incorrect opening hours, the call button on the drive through window has been broken for months giving Walgreens at this location an impoverished look
Some of the staff are, however, wonderfully helpful, leading me to think that the problem is with upper level management.
