If I could give them 0 stars I would. We have had issue after issue with their pharmacy for years. Today was the last straw. I had continuously used their text service to get them to reach out to my doctor for a refill. Did they? Heck no. I reached out to my doctors and am trying to get on the phone with them 3 separate times to see if they got the approval. They have yet to answer the phones.

Pharmacist and clerk were rather unfriendly. Clerk didn't want to check out other items for my sick child like Gatorade, water, aspirin
Not surprised to see the low stars for this location.

Do not use this Pharmacy, they are out sourcing their scripts and if yours is one of them! They can’t answer questions about your prescription. Guys. I know it takes a little more time but Walmart does not outsource scripts. Please protect yourself and have your meds filled where they can answer questions about your meds without having to tell you to call a pharmacy out of state!!! Protect yourself please!!!

I’ve never used their pharmacy but the rest of the store is just ran like a normal Walgreens. Only issues I’ve ever had here were due to ghetto shoppers and thieves, not the employees.

Poorly managed store. Manager, nor the employees, have a inviting look that makes you feel welcomed. I had an issue that I was trying to resolve with all kinds of different avenues so I wouldn't have to go all the way home and the way I was looked at was like I was a scammer or a crook. I felt insulted and now when I go there, I make sure I have everything I need to make sure my dignity isn't in jeopardy anymore. Very disappointed. I should trusted the reviews before I came because everything that was said about this store is true!

The white male on there was so rude. Looks like he was doing like a favor to me. I was asking some billing questions that was not looks good to me.
Please stop go there. And if you are not white please be prepared to have some racist behavior from him. Very bad experience. I am going to change my pharmacy as well. Not the Walgreens at Vogel street anymore.

When you are in the business of falsley accusing minors of shoplifting without probable cause and lining explanations with false information 26 hours after the event, proves that the employees that are hired to work in our neighborhood stores should be appropriately monitored and evaluated!

On July 12, 2020 my under age nephew was wrongfully denied service and embarrassed while attempting to shop for his siblings. Kelcey and Monish accused my nephew shoplifting without verifying with readily available video footage from security cameras, instead insisting he was seen putting “something” in his pocket. Neither associate apologized to him and he is concerned about this happening to another child. No one should be wrongfully accused of any act as we are all innocent until proven guilty.

Rita is fun and cheerful. We did not use the pharmacy. The store is clean and had what we were looking for, no issues would not hesitate to stop in again.
