When you are in the business of falsley accusing minors of shoplifting without probable cause and lining explanations with false information 26 hours after the event, proves that the employees that are hired to work in our neighborhood stores should be appropriately monitored and evaluated!

On July 12, 2020 my under age nephew was wrongfully denied service and embarrassed while attempting to shop for his siblings. Kelcey and Monish accused my nephew shoplifting without verifying with readily available video footage from security cameras, instead insisting he was seen putting “something” in his pocket. Neither associate apologized to him and he is concerned about this happening to another child. No one should be wrongfully accused of any act as we are all innocent until proven guilty.

Rita is fun and cheerful. We did not use the pharmacy. The store is clean and had what we were looking for, no issues would not hesitate to stop in again.

DO NOT GO HERE. Worst run pharmacy in Raleigh. Entire staff is rude and lazy. Went for a flu shot when there was maybe 5 total shoppers in the store, 1 person ahead of me in pharmacy line. I waited for 30 minutes while they were with a lady trying to get her prescription, and who knows why that would possibly take so long for one customer...5 other employees working behind the counter...and not a single person addressed me or opened up another line. Finally got called on and then was told it would be another 30-45 minutes before I could get a flu shot...there was literally no one else waiting and 2 pharmacists just standing around one with their elbows resting on the consultation counter. Waste of my time and frustration, for a 2-second shot it would’ve been easier to just make an appt with my primary care.

Store portion was clean & bright. Cashiers friendly. (Pharmacy wasn’t open so no comment there.) But the Bathrooms were positively FILTHY. Walls were “Plastic panels” like you’d find in a countryside gas station but EVERY surface needed thoroughly scrubbed. They looked like they hadn’t been touched in years. All the grab bars were rusted brown and the pipes had caked-on dust. (The pics might make it look bright/clean...but Zoom in on them...FILTHY.)

Worse customer service in the pharmacy ever!!! After using Walgreens for more than 10 years in 2cities it is time for a change will find somewhere else to get my prescriptions filled

Had a issue at Harris Teeter with the pharmacist filling my prescription so I went to Walgreens and they took care of the issue and filled my meds, I will always come to Walgreens now!!!

I have been coming to this pharmacy for over an year, never had any issues with anyone or service. But today, a person named Alex was helping me out to get my prescription. It is a new prescription and I had a $30 co-pay for it. I had some questions as to why there was co-pay, what was the retail price of my old medicine. Pretty straightforward questions according to me, but this guy got restless and impatient with me. He said, "you have to ask your insurance why there is a copay". I was fully aware of that but just wanted to ask the retail price of my old prescription.

I have always experienced personable staff at this location. My only frustration was when they have been out of a current medication, they do not let me know or offer to forward it to a nearby pharmacy. This is not a 24 hour pharmacy, it closes at 9 during the week and 6pm on weekends.
