Not sure what her name was, but the middle aged pharmacist with brown hair was possibly the least helpful and most condescending medical industry worker I've ever come across...and this was the actual pharmacist on duty at Leesville/Strickland 6/5 at 7pm. Just avoid her if you can, everyone else is perfectly normal.

Stay away from this pharmacy industrial plant! They function as automatons and the customer “can just make another trip “ to compensate for their shortcomings and blame the insurance companies! i’ve finally learned my lesson. Don’t make the same mistake!

My doctor called in seven prescriptions of which two were new and the other were refills. One of the new ones was the same medication but a different dosage. When I picked them up I had seven bottles so I assumed they had done it correctly. When I got home I found they had not filled one of the new ones, and the other new one that was a different dosage they had also filled the previous prescription with a different dosage. When I went back down there they told me it was my fault and they would not refund the money I had paid for the incorrect prescription. I told them to just fill the one they had missed. I kept checking and finally a week later they said it was ready. When I went to pick it up it was not ready but they said they could have it ready in 30 minutes. I went back 4 hours later and it was not ready, but they said they would do it immediately so I sat down to wait in the chairs in front of the counter. 20 minutes later I stood up and asked them how much longer it would be and they said oh it's ready and picked it up out of the little basket. They saw me sitting there and just let me wait while they let the medication sit on the counter. This is only the latest in a long string of their screw-ups. Worst pharmacy I have ever been to and I will not be going there again.

They don’t answer phone calls. Unless you enjoy camping out at their register you will only be ignored.57 minutes on hold for a problem.

We worked extremely hard to get prescription filled after ophthalmological surgery for antibiotic ointment. Technician indicated they would not fill prescription this evening as they were 30 minutes from closing. Pharmacist did not prioritize patient care.

I just want to give a shout out to this location, Hannah was so sweet and patient even though they were all were supposed to close by 5.
My husband had emergency dental work done today (new years eve), they close early,
he really needed his prescription.
The prescription was late to come in and she kept checking on it to make sure it came in.
Hannah and the rest of the staff were working hard to get everyone (not just me) what they needed today and it was such a blessing.

Worst Walgreens this side of Mississippi. Constantly lies hides scripts at other locations and “holds” anything when you don’t have new insurance on file. No call. No text, no communication whatsoever. Pure laziness. Most of the time they send scripts across town because they are too lazy to fill them. Worst pharmacy in town!!!

Worst customer service. Called in my prescription at 8 was told it would be ready at lunch. Showed up at 5 and they didn’t have the full prescription so rather then calling me decided to just not fill it. When I got upset that they didn’t even call me to discus the options and decided the best solution was to just do nothing. I wasn't Offered an apology I was told if I don’t like the service to go somewhere else not by an associate by the pharmacist Johnathan WALL when I asked To speak to a manager he poorly gave me information to do so. When I went up front to ask to speak to the store manager I was told he was on vacation. I spend 1,000’s on prescriptions with Walgreens every year for my family. Not anymore!

Drastic improvements to in store service. From no one working front counter mid 2023 to 3 people on 3 registers yesterday quickly moving customers through. All were working with speed. Keep it up.

Will not come back to this location, I normally go to the one on Creedmoor and I see why. I don’t know if it’s a male thing to not listen to all instructions or if it’s a “Josh” thing but he failed to grab me the right OTC after I distinctly asked for a certain one. I had to come back and get it exchanged and he messed it once up again and I had to park & go inside to complete yet another refund with the store manager. If he wouldn’t have been in such a rush to service the next car in the drive thru, this could’ve been one easy transaction.
