Walgreens staff are great, helpful, and very nice. Pharmacy, front end, and other staff are always super helpful and wonderfully patient. Customers recommend them highly for prescriptions, immunizations, and photo printing. Service is usually quick with great customer service. However, staffing cuts affecting the corporate chain are evident, making it hard and leading to wishes for better support from leadership.
This pharmacy has the absolute worst customer service and it’s pathetic . The amount of times I call to sort out prescription issues and get hung up on after getting left on hold for 15 to 30 minutes is absurd.
