Terrible if I could I would rate lower. The people working in that section are the definition of lazy. They need supervision so they will actually do something other then hang around and talk to each other.

After reading reviews about Walmart Auto Care Centers I was having second thought about bringing my vehicle here. I came here 10 minutes before my appointment for my 4 tire installation. The tech was very nice. Checked me in and letting me know they are finishing up with the car before me. Told me it would take 1 to 1.5 hours. I got a text 35 minutes later saying it was ready. I thought definitely something is wrong with my car. But no it was actually completed in 35 minutes. This is on a Sunday afternoon where I assumed they are probably short staffed and it definitely going to takes longer than my appointment slot. I have been to big chain tire shop. Where it typically takes 2-3 hours to get 4 tired change (counting the time I walk in to the time get my keys back). Thank you guys for making my experience amazing.

First time going to WALMART Auto Center, GREATTTTT experience!!! I purchased 4 brand new tires they installed and I also can bring the car back any time I get a nail, etc… in the tire. They also Retorted my tires. Great Service!

AMAZING service…. They were not taking anymore cars as it was closing time but they still completed the oil change anyway after me asking politely. Love this place and their amazing customer service

This was the third attempt to get tires installed at Walmart. Finally succeeded after a six (6!) hour wait after. The first attempt was at the Durham Walmart which inexplicably was not performing any tire installations even though we had a confirmed appointment online. The second Walmart apparently shutdown all of their car services because of a "power" problem. Finally, we got it serviced here (45 minute drive away and a six hour in-person wait), but they didn't replace the TPMS, as requested, because "they were out of stock." Ridiculous.

I ordered a tire and scheduled the installation to find out that it had been cancelled How do you prepare your day after trusting the biggest growing company in the world also to find out that it will take 10 days to correct the credit to the bank and living on a fixed income which at least most people do and all this without any explanation and this happens often so...

Upon arrival at 10:30, I was told it would take approximately one and a half hours to get an oil change. It is now 3:15 and I'm still waiting. I consider myself a patient person but, this is beyond ridiculous. Lesson learned: the cost savings was not worth the time spent. Next time I will go to a place where you wait in your car, pull up and they do the oil change. Yes, they're more expensive but you won't waste a whole day off . ??Service: Oil change

Cons:- glacially slow service- disorganized- gaslighting customers for parking in the wrong space (I signed in, told them where I was parked, gave them my keys, and they "didn't know" about my car one hour later).- often delayed by unhappy customers who arrived before you did.Pros:- plenty of time to shop, get your day's 20,000 steps in, finish that crochet project you've been meaning to start working on, or plan for your next five fiscal years.- often closed/unable to see customers (the best possible outcome, in this case)

Had issues from tracking my online order. Then they canceled my tire appointment. After all that and many calls, they say they can install the tires I show up early Saturday morning to a sign on the door saying they were closed !! So needless to say, they would get negative stars if I could !!

I had made an appointment a month ago to get new tires put on my car. Upon arrival for my appointment, I was told their system is down and they can’t put on my tires. I shouldn’t have been able to make an appointment or I shouldve been called and told BEFORE arriving to my appointment that my tires could not be put on. There should be an employee that goes through the scheduled appointments and calls the customer and reschedules their appointmentService: Tires

Needed 4 tires- when I mad the appointment they had all 4 in stock but when I went to get them installed(a day later) onlytwo tires were installed(inventory was off) but was charged for 3. I attempted to get service 3 times here. First time they only had 1 person working, so they were only doing emergency tire replacements. Went up there yesterday I was told the wait would be 2-3 hours, to come back at 7:45 am they could complete my oil change and tire rotation. I adjusted my son’s schedule to be there at 7:45 am today, when I arrived they couldn’t do my tire rotation because they had appointments. Three workers told me I could not make an appointment prior, so I wasn’t thrilled with that but I needed the oil change. After they got my car up, they told me they couldn’t get the plastic top off, and I needed to take it to a dealership. I was upset at this point as I knew they were lying. I left and went to another place, they easily took off the plastic cap. Needless to say, this place is horrible and they lie! Judging by the previous comments I am lucky but I was not happy to be lied too! Clearly Walmart not the manager care that their team are wasting the customers time!

HORRIBLE!!!! They refuse to allow you to make an appointment and turn you away when they have 4 appointments ALL day……. Workers are extremely lazy, look miserable, and don't have the slightest idea what they are doing.Oil level is always low as they never top off your oil as it is required on an oil change service, also its 50/50 hit or miss if they will have the motivation to even touch the oil filter to be replaced as it is also required in an oil change service.Expect excuses they will say anything to refuse service and will say anything just to not complete the service requested and leave it half doneServices: Oil change
