I want that for a simple $40 oil change and after it was all said and done I got hit with a $63 bill. They did not tell me prior that the oil filter that I needed was not in their inventory and that they had to pull it off the shelf. I should have been informed of this and let me make an informed decision if whether or not I wanted to proceed. At any rate, I don't think I would use that particular auto center again. I don't trust them!

Not enough staff to perform an oil change 45 minutes to close. “But you can come back tomorrow.” What is the point of hours of operation when you aren’t operating during those hours?

This auto center should be closed and restructured with customer service driven professionals who actually take pride in their skill/job. The excuses you get for the simplest of needed services is unbelievable. They seem to always be out of stock...after you locate someone to actually speak with. A waste of time and energy.

They don't answer the phone. When I went there, they were closed during business hours, putting a sign that they have shortage of people. When I asked why they don't answer calls so at least we know they are closed, they said they are remodeling the floor. So which one is it, people shortage or floor remodeling? And either way, answer the freaking phone.

It is closed now. Under construction. It doesn’t show closed on google map neither the Walmart website. Ridiculous!!Don’t waste time to go there now!

Called to have tire changed and they said we could come in, then when we arrived they said they decided to close early. No update to hours online they and didn’t even let us know when we called. Totally unprofessional.

This place sucks when it comes to customer service, purchased four brand new tires from them less than a month ago and every day I wake up to a flat tire. Been calling them since December 4,2022 and finally got an answer today January 23,2023 from two rude females the cashier Keke and her so called team lead. I explained my issue and she goes "ohh so it's only one tire, I'm confused, thought you said it was four" umm ma'am I said I purchased four but I'm having problems with one. If she wasn't rushing me and gave me a chance to finish one sentence she would of understood my situation. No matter the situation customer service comes first and that's something neither one of them had. Next time I will make my purchase at a place who cares about their customers and product that was sold.Services: Tires

I made an appointment at 2 they didn't start on my car till 3:49 and I was there till 5pm. However, the department workers were all extremely nice!!

I usually never leave reviews unless they are positive ones, however I am making an exception for this business! Do not take your car to this location!!!! I wish that I could publicly give this location a rating of zero. In Oct. 2022, I took my car in to have my tires replaced. After waiting all day to have the tires installed, the technician did a test drive to make sure that they were installed correctly, and wrecked my car. As a result, my car was not drivable and had to be towed to a repair shop. I had to go through my insurance company because Walmart was so slow to respond and communication was almost impossible. I was without my car for about a month, while my car was being repaired. While Walmart did provide a rental, weekly we had to contact the area manager to extend the car rental, not knowing if they would renew it in time and I would have to find an alternative transportation to get to work. So frustrating!! And while the local store managers apologized for the accident and admitted that they were at fault (as if that was in doubt!) we are still waiting for a resolution between Walmart and our insurance company! My advice, take your car somewhere else!Service: Tires

Went to get tires left with back problems after it took them 7hrs to change tires missed blood prrssure dose...and then had to get spare tire rehung by another tire shop...short version of my experience at walmart..calling omsbudmen ...they havent returnd call about complaint thanks

Oil change in and out in one hour as promised. Great price of $54.88. I loved how they were transparent about the brand they used (included on the bill) and I verified that I can choose my brand next time.
