This location specifically is price gouging! If you go to another Walmart in the city items are half the price! I'm truly disgusted because the communities around this area are BIPOC. I can only image the decisions families are making just for basic items.

Run from this pharmacy. You think it's cheap- but they will not have your medication, they will say it is filled and when you show up they will be out of everything you needed, they will never answer the phone, even for the pharmacy you are trying to have things transferred to and you will go off your medicine bc you couldn't get it and have more health problems. The check out staff will blatantly lie about things they know they don't know. It is not worth it.

We were in and out. The shop supervisor/manager was great. I'll simply call him E so as not to butcher the spelling of his name. He was kind and even though we were given a price for an out of stock item, he did what was in his power to do to make it right.

Enjoyable shopping experience while we visited our former town in North Carolina. Found everything we needed (toys for the grandkids, water, and drinks) to make our visit more fun. Easy access, plenty of parking, and well stocked.

Everything was fine until I went to the self checkout. The register was filthy, I asked the associate for spray and paper towels, she stated I don't have any...and she didn't bother to get any. So I had to hold up each item to check out. I tried to call the manager but could never get him.

It was an ok experience. Not as bad as it usually is with lines. Just need to train cashier's a lil better but I have faith that they will get it together soon.

I placed an order at 11:02am for express delivery and I received an email saying the order was delivered? this is unacceptable. I never received my order!! They need to do better. I also called three times before calling customer service. If the driver needed some food all they had to do was just ask cause I don’t mind sharing what little I have.

Editing my post but leaving the original. Walmart made it right by redelivering the lost/stolen grocery order. Changing from 1 to 3 stars based on customer service.Original post 5/23/2021I must preface that I have had groceries delivered from this location for months successfully. But I guess people finally got wind of FREE groceries if you deliver for Walmart.Before you order grocery delivery from the New Bern Avenue location in Raleigh DON'T DO IT! They have THIEVES for delivery people!

They don't pay enough cashiers to keep the lines open and moving. They have an app that lets you scan and pay for your own stuff but they charge monthly for the app. They literally charge you to ring out your own groceries.

Love this Walmart for clearance clothes woman section. Honestly, it's always busy. Sometimes not well stocked. Hard to get assistance. I think it sucks that price checkers have been discontinued.

I ordered groceries from this location and the time they should have been ready they were not. I contacted corporate as the system says to do and they assured me the order would be filled the next morning and delivered since I have tested positive for COVID and should not be going into the store. The next day at 10am the store sent me a message that due to staffing issues my entire order was canceled. I again called corporate in the hopes of getting my food and asked to speak to the store manager in the hopes of getting my grocery order filled. Corporate put me on hold for a very long time and came back to tell me no one would answer the phone at the store. I have been in this store many times and they have issues with getting customers waited on in a timely fashion. It is not uncommon to wait in checkout 30 minutes. Customer service isn't something they care about.

I am so DISGUSTED with this Walmart and today proved it's not the employees it's the MANAGEMENT! Found a product online that stated available for pick up in store so decided instead of ordering it I would pick it up cause I was in the area...my mistake. First the employee in the toy section was very nice. She let me know that she was covering for someone else so she really wasn't familiar with the section but she would help as much as she could. Once she couldn't help me she directed me to customer service where I would find a manager. Why???? The manager wasn't the least bit concerned about what I was asking and kept saying he couldn't look up an item without a UPC code. Sir, since when? I was just so ill and frustrated with him and his lack of management skills I just walked out. It's so sad because this store is in my community and for the past 5 years to say the least I would make it my business NOT to shop there and tonight further solidified why I will continue NOT to shop there.
