My wife called in her perscription like normal and was informed that her perscription wasnt able to be filled until the 20th due to it being a controlled med. So she called her doctor to give an emergency dose to last her the four or five extra days, since she had ran out of medicine (our american eskimo likes to steal plastic bottles and remove the caps ) well she calls it in on the 21st and we are told no problem we will have that ready. I, the husban, am sent to retrieve said medicine. I get to the pharmacy at 5:50pm where I am informed by the most entitled, rude, and hateful walmart employee ever that the controlled med wouldn't be allowed to be submitted until the 23rd. So I am put in the middle of my wife going through major withdraws and explaining the situation to the simluarly rude and entitled hateful pharmasist on duty. She rudely counted out on her fingers and told me she isnt out medicine, this was after I mentioned the emergency dose and withdraw #goingtoTargetPharm##writethemuporfirethem

I just called to check on a prescription at (1:40 PM), and their automated phone system tells me they are closed now. There was no option to speak to a person. I've been there before around this time, and they were open.

Poor customer service. Major attitude problems with everyone who works there including the pharmacists! Every time I go to get my scripts they don't even talk to me about what I'm paying for...just tell me the total. Like one time they didn't bat an eye when they told me my total was $1,000! Didn't even ask if I have insurance just said $1000. I do have insurance and they submitted the scripts wrong and I was able to get my total down to $25 when I pointed out their mistakes! I have a savings card to get another script for $25 but they keep insisting it's $668....NOT! Transferring out of there!

I called this morning and told the pharmacist about filling a prescription for my dog. Specifically told me I would need to bring in the prescription or have it faxed. I call back 20 mins later to verify how I can send the prescription in and someone with a VERY NASTY attitude explained that only the vet could send In prescriptions because of a new system. I told her what another person at the pharmacy said and she said that was wrong. Continued to talk over me and act like I was in the wrong for asking a question. If you don’t wanna deal with customers then don’t answer the phone!

The wait is terrible on your prescription and as one review stated I am saying also the customer service is poor. The clerks have terrible attitudes and the personality is like a rock. They act like they don't want to be there and that job deals with the public, people in general. This is the wrong profession for them if they don't like talking or waiting on the customer's. I give it 1 star.The service and attitudes or horrible, horrible, horrible. Find another pharmacy if I was you.

I recently switched my prescriptions to Walmart for convenience purposes and they also have very good prices even if you don't have insurance. They offer a lot of $4 generics for 30-day supply and $10 for 90-day. I had some issues with transferring my prescriptions over from my former pharmacy. Shortly after entering the transfer information I received an email stating that my prescription would be ready the following day at a certain time. I went in about an hour after that time and they weren't ready. I was sent from one associate to another for assistance. Laura found the transfer order, but said they hadn't received anything from my pharmacy yet. I showed her the email stating that my prescriptions would be ready and she simply stated that it's an automatic email and it isn't necessarily accurate. This was kind of disappointing. She asked when I needed my prescriptions by and she came through and made sure it was done. A few weeks later I needed to transfer one more prescription. Same deal with the automatic e-mail, but this time I called first. The associate asked me to give them an hour to get it done. About an hour later I received a call from the pharmacist, Faith. She stated that she called my pharmacy and they couldn't find my Rx. This was around noon. I missed a follow-up call from Faith at 1:15 asking if I was able to clear everything up. When I attempted to call back at 1:35 there was an automated message that the pharmacy was closed until 2. This seemed weird. Why would they close the entire pharmacy for 30 minutes?? I was able to speak with my pharmacy to fix the issue. I ultimately spoke to Faith again and she had my order ready. Faith was great in keeping on top of my order and I appreciated it. When I went to pick up the prescription I was using a digital Good Rx coupon. The associate took my phone to a back computer to add the coupon. She was gone with my phone for a good 5 minutes. I wasn't comfortable with that. Faith and Laura have been great and very helpful. The others I have dealt with are so-so.

Horrible customer service.........!!!!!!! Enough is enough........ an Rx called in over 3hrs not ready. Told to wait 15 mins and then get back in line to pick up medication.... only to be told it still isn't ready! I'm done Walmart pharmacy. Clearly you don't need my money.... ill go where its welcome...

It was surprisingly hard to find a pharmacy in network with Tricare. Walmart pharmacy not only take Tricare the also are ahead of time when it comes to getting prescriptions filled. They always are able to answer all of my questions and I walk away feeling so much wiser.
