I liked it, always find what I’m looking for, and they got good prices

It's Walmart, what do you expect? There's always huge lines for the self checkout and not enough cashiers. This walmart, unlike others, always seems to be out of stock of the staple item I'm there to get. (Pictured is 3 of 8 self checkout stations open while ~10 people wait in line)

Consistently poor service,
Lack of labels with prices for items, Items that are out of stock repeatedly,
Employees who stand in groups or behind counters who blatantly ignore customers seeking help, who give attitude, and who make no effort to request assistance for lengthening lines until a customer has to request it. I have had good service only about 10% of the time over the many visits there. I always make a point to let management know when someone's been pleasant and helpful because it is such a rare experience here.
There are 4 Walmarts in the general area I travel. This one is by far the worst along any measure I can think of.

I went to buy some pizza crusts and when I found them they were in bad condition and had mold or fungus and there are many things in bad condition.

Busy, crowded, slow, no assistance for customer service, no lanes open.

Avoid at all costs. Manager is a douche. Seth falsely accused my friend of stealing and had him detained for an hour before the let him go after they realized they were wrong. Then Instead of making it right they kicked him out and told him don’t come back. This place is a joke.

I’ve been trying to order eggs 3 times for delivery and they’re always removed from my order. I called to ask what the issue is and when eggs would be able to be delivered again and I was not only waiting for someone to pick up the phone for 10 minutes. When someone finally did pick up the phone they hung up on me.

Worst Walmart in the area. It’s better to drive out 20+ minutes for a better attitude

Rude employees, understaffed but want to cry about standing around doing nothing at self checkout and messy building.

Lines are always an issue. Never understood why they have so many registers but are never being used.

The worker told me to go to the cashier because I have more than 15 things, even though there is no line , but at the cashier there is a line and the worker is slow. A delay of half an hour is too much.

Waited there for about 30 mins, waiting for service at the jewelry station. Saw a manager and he said he didn't have the keys and someone was coming. Waited about another 15 mins. No one came and no one was helping. This Wal Mart is to erratic to ask for help of any kind unless you track them down and follow them till they help. Don't waste your time.

a worker stopped me, and grabbed an item out of my cart and proceeded to read out the barcode- asking if i had it on my receipt. i showed the item on the receipt. just a strange experience given that i didn’t do any suspicious activity, and was checked out by a cashier.

Not really sure why i was just turned away (very rudely might i add) saying theyre closed when google shows they close at 11 as they always have in the past when i have come here late at night? It was 10:08 when I walked up. I told the lady at the door "I thought y'all closed at 11?" She just continued to say "we're closed" over and over again like im not deaf, but i can read your hours online so whats up? I got attitude instead of a reason. Ew
