I was at this location this morning, December 26 to buy a case for my cell phone. The lady who was in the area was on the telephone and it was clearly a personal call for the entire time I was there. She told me she could not open the case to sell me a phone carrier because she didn't have the key she then continued her personal conversation for the duration of my stay.

Worst customer service ever their service department told us to be there at 1 o'clock and as soon as we got there service advisor stated that they was not doing it no more oil change or assisting any more customers for the day .worst experience ever

The pharmacy is great! No line walk ins. Opens at 9am. Not 9:05 or 9:15 like some. Get your flu shot!

NEVER AGAIN!!! If you would like a stress free visit to Walmart this is not the place. Went on an emergency run at 10pm at 10:30 my mother and I were being screamed out of the store. I've never in my life been in a Walmart that was so chaotic. The employees are rude as hell, not to mention we are from out of town so all out of towners I suggest the one in Cary.

Needed someone to open the razor cabinet. Waited 20 minutes after talking to two employees. Then went and found the manager. She paged again and still no one came. Went and checked out and told the manager again! She shrugged her shoulders and offer no apology. Horrible customer service .

Just an absolute mad house. The store is enormous which is to be expected but It is overwhelmingly disorganized. It is extremely difficult to find what you are looking for without checking each isle individually or flagging down a salesperson for directions. Unfortunately The staff are incredibly difficult to track down. When I finally tracked someone down they didn't know where anything was. I had to ask four different people that worked there. It was pretty overwhelming for everyone.

Had a question about my pick up order. Supposed to be in the 6-7 time slot started calling around 4:50. Phone range for a while for the pick up area, called back and clicked 0 to speak to anyone, phone range for minutes again, tried to call pick up again, listened to it ring for a while again until I heard them pick up the phone and then hang up (I guess the endless ringing was getting annoying). It's now 530 and I'm still listening to it ring.. really pathetic.

Smells horrible in the meat department. The whole store was filthy I didn't even want to grocery shop in the store because of the smell.

Can you do less than one star?? WTF is up with having only a couple of cashiers on duty in the middle of the afternoon??? Are they going to give me 5% off the price for doing their freaking job for them?? They seem to have plenty of people to stand around "directing" customers to self- checkout... how about putting some of their sorry behinds behind a register??

August I bought dinner table they did not delivered and they send other one same thing happened now they do not give me my money back ! Do not buy anything online this company !!pr horrible !!! They are really really bad !!! I lost 7 weeks no table no money back !!! I can not believe it !!! Shame !

The costumer service its horrible! They don't give you any option to solve your problems and they raise their voices at you. Bad faces, bad attitude and really really bad customer service. This waltmart is horrible. The employees have a really rude mood.

There is currently 4 individuals standing around with only two registers open. Really! There is about 10 people in each line. The cashiers are some of the slowest individuals. As I was in line they closed my lane but did not open another. This is the way this Wal-Mart is every time however unfortunately there really isn't another close by so I am stuck. Look at your management and fix it you are in costumers service and the company is not acting like it.
