HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DONT GO HERE THEY WILL TRY AND SCAM YOU. hubby had to get his screen replaced, first we went to the location on glenwood, (different experience, they were very nice it was just a mess up.) they told us it was $253 and we agreed, unfortunately they didn’t have the screen so they called this location and confirmed they had it. So we drove out here and they told my hubby it would be $500 because he has the Pro Max phone. He has the pro. He told them multiple times and even his boss who provides the phone said NO this is a 14 Pro. How do they not even know the correct phone? Or they were really trying to pull one over us and make an extra $250. After causing a scene they admitted they were wrong and that it IS INFACT a 14 pro. My hunny would have taken his business elsewhere but unfortunately his phone is vital for work and he needed it done ASAP. This is absolutely not acceptable for a large corporation and this will be reported to the BBB and corporate.

Always come here to have my watch batteries replaced. They have my watches on file as I pay for the lifetime warranty for all my many watches. They also have great options for after market and regular key fobs

It took longer to drive here than it took them to expertly repair a shattered screen. They didn't have the same color in stock and offered us the choice between waiting for the match, or getting an immediate repair with a similar color. Brandon was awesome.

They fixed my phone in a second t-mobile made us wait a day and they couldn't do it but he was able to do in just a minute

I came in with a vintage watch. Hard to find batteries and get them replaced elsewhere. Ryan looked into it and realized the watch actually had two batteries. He could have easily charged for both but he told me the one was still good. The second battery required extra finesse to repair. He did the replacement gently and with care for the vintage piece. GREAT service and GREAT attitudes from everyone in the shop. Definitely coming back here and recommending to others!!

These guys were awesome. Customer service was fantastic from my phone call to them, to bringing my sons phone to have the screen replaced. Everyone had a smile and a great attitude. Will definitely use them again.
