Called 6 times to see if my prescription was filled was on hold for 20 minutes on one call and at minimum 10 for the other calls. I was never able to get through to a human.

not even a new client yet. And I'm already dissatisfied. My Dr. called in my prescription to this location. Something seemed off about the cost. I called and left a msg. No response. I then called in to customer service. I specifically stated why I was calling and asked had my insurance been applied. I was then transferred and placed on hold....hold...hold... finally after 22 min on hold with a LOCAL pharmacy I hung up. Once I called back to discuss my experience, the 22 yr old answering the phones has major attitude. You might not can see someone's eyes rolling, but bet you can hear it in their tone. I will ONLY use this pharmacy this one time only.

I was having difficulty obtaining my prescription from my pharmacy and any other well-known pharmacy locally and within 50 miles out. My daughter uses Wellness Pharmacy and never has any problems with her prescriptions. I thought I would call to see if Wellness could help me. Well, they could.It was late on a Friday evening when I called. A wonder, kind, young lady named Stephanie F. answered the phone the first time I called. She genuinely listened to my concerns. She took all my information. Not able to reach the old pharmacy that night, she called me back to let me know she had been on hold on the phone with them and was hung up on. She told me she would try calling them back in the morning (Saturday morning) to get my prescription transferred to Wellness, and that is exactly what she did. That Saturday morning, within the hour, she had my prescription transferred and ready for me to pick up. This is the type of service that is very rare now-a-days. Thank you, StephanieF., you are truly one of a kind.

My doctor's office called in a prescription on a Friday for a procedure I was to have the following Monday. When I called Wellness to confirm my address and pay for the RX, Christina was very helpful, and she advised that the RX would arrive in one to two business days! Yikes! I advised her that wouldn't work due to my prep beginning on Sunday. After some brainstorming and with no viable solutions, Christina offered to meet me and deliver my RX! Wow! I can't say enough how appreciative I am. My local pharmacy did not have the medication in stock, so Wellness and Christina saved me having to reschedule my procedure. My Doctor's office dropped the ball in this process, but Wellness Pharmacy and Compounding Center made it work. Thanks again!

We needed a specific prescription filled for our newborn. This pharmacy recognized the medication and the criticality of its delivery. Because they were unable to fill it super quickly they were able to find another pharmacy in the area to fill it within a day to get the drug to us in an expedited manner. They handled ALL of the logistics. excellent service by the staff going above and beyond!

Have been using this pharmacy for a few years now. Good prices, however EVERY time of the past 5 times I have filled a prescription here there has been some kind of error or miscommunication. Internal communication between employees is clearly poor. Very, very frustrating.

I have had the best service from this pharmacy- especially when dealing with Laura, I had a prescription on back order and she gave me a solution my doctor didn’t even think about!The doctor agreed with her suggestion, we got the back ordered problem resolved!Phone services are very polite and shipping is quick, usually same day.

I do not care for this pharmacy. I don't understand why my eye dr used this pharmacy for my eye med. It is not somethimg that is mixed up. I can get it at any pharmacy. I called 4 times this morning to try to get my medicine filled. I finally got someone and she was rude. I think I will be changing this med to my regular pharmacy after today. There's no need in people being rude when you're spending money st their business. I don't need the attitudes.

The Wellness Pharmacy is the #1 place to get all of your medication needs!! They treat me & my wife, Brenda, like family. I want to make special mention of Laura who has gone wayyyyyy out of her way to transfer all my medications from another pharmacy & I have a lot. Laura is always so friendly, kind, & patient!! She is always uplifting, which helps so much when you have a lot of health issues. We love Laura & the Wellness Pharmacy!!!

I have not use this pharmacy before until my dermatologist recommended, I was very pleased with the staff, and the gentleman running the pharmacy. He was very professional attentive. They made it such an easy process for me to get things situated with my prescription. When I was having issues with other pharmacies, I will definitely be using this pharmacy from now on, instead of CVS and Walgreens I was very pleased towel, attentive, professional, friendly. They are here.

My insurance was going to charge me an exorbitant amount of money for prescription eye drops. I was referred to Will at the pharmacy and he was able to help me get my prescription at a much lower cost. So grateful for his assistance and knowledge on this.

I am in college and cannot afford very expensive prescriptions. Pharmacist Laura was able to help me and find a coupon that brought the cost of my prescription down! I am so thankful she was working that day. Her customer service was great!

Excellent service, very accommodating to specific needs, knowledgeable counseling on medication for first time use, and extremely friendly/polite both over the phone and in person! Highly recommend!!!
