WF called me to tell me that my CD is expiring soon and I should stop in at any branch and make arrangements for those funds. The Fayetteville St branch is close to my office so I stopped in there. What a joke! Nobody in any of the banker offices, just one lone teller and another lady that was only back there counting money. After I waited in line for 20 minutes for the one teller, he tells me that he is a banker, and he could help me with my CD in maybe 20-30 minutes, once the teller line dies down. I asked what if someone else joins the teller line while I’m waiting? He said yes, that could happen. He explained that he’s the only one working there ‘since we don’t open until noon now’. Well it was after noon, what does that have to do with it? Anyway the best advice he could give me was to come back later and maybe he could help me, or go to a different branch.

My money getting lost and it's not reflected weather I spent or not. I am not claiming but looks like Wells Fargo is not clear with credit cards.

The security guard is very rude at this location. I was on the sidewalk in front of the building taking a picture and he told me I had to move and could not take a picture. I wasn’t even near the bank, I was on the sidewalk. That was extremely embarrassing and I wasn’t even near the building. I have a picture of him hollering at us. That makes people not want to do business with a place like that. There was no need to be disrespectful. I felt profiled for taking a picture that had nothing to do with him or the bank.

If you need anything other than a teller the service here is awful. They always claim they are busy with no one in line or in the branch. I went one day and it was two tellers at the desk and I was second in line and only one of the tellers was working. I'm not sure why the other lady was just sitting there chilling like she had nothing to do but it looked like she was just hanging out to me. Smh! I haven't been with wells fargo long but how are you literally the largest branch in Raleigh with no workers? I will not return to this particular branch unless I absolutely have to

I'm curious to know when you anticipate reopening the 150 Fayetteville Street location in Raleigh? Our business needs this location to open up soon as it is inconvenient to drive to Cameron Village every time to make a deposit.

Do not work with Sylvia Jurgenson as your mortgage banker. My closing was completely botched and both myself and my parents wasted a half day attempting to close and she was completely unavailable/unresponsive during closing. Ultimately there were issues with the paperwork that she messed up and as a direct result we were unable to close. Her "35 years" of experience mean nothing as basic concepts of interest and standard paperwork are lost on her. My closing was pushed out a week where I needed to take another half day to go back and try to close again.Additionally there was additional interest accrued on the old mortgage/new mortgage because it was not paid off on the original date that I am now directly responsible for paying because of this lack of professionalism. She was even so stubborn as to argue and deny that it cost us more to close a week later and refused to acknowledge her fault in the entire ordeal.STAY AWAY.

Big huge building doesn't make you feel like a little customer! Tje staff here has gone far beyond expectations. My elderly grandmother took an uber to the bank and the staff helped her navigate her way to her return uber after providing her excellent customer service.
