I’ve been in line for 20 minutes at the Wells Fargo on Berkeley Blvd in Goldsboro NC. 1 car in front and they pulled away 10 minutes ago. Still waiting for someone to deposit my one check. Maybe hire some clerks to wait in your customers

Have been with them over three decades this year has been absolutely horrible especially technical issues where u log in and info missing And charged overdraft fees knowing they having issues with programs and or software and pending charges and transactions are taking at times over a week. What's more outstanding the Wells Fargo agent are blaming customers which is even more insulting. Horrible self service phone system and can't send email with concerns and or questions via Wells Fargo website. Unhappy customer any suggestions how to reach corporate office feel free time share and or agency overseeing Wells Fargo in addition can't see all accts in one place generally on first page getting worse and worse daily just my two cents

My husband has a 401k account with this bank , over 689,000. We have been trying to buy our house for 5 months and wanted to use the money from our 401k. Well Fargo has lied to us three times stating they sent the money, two different times to different addresses. It was never sent out. We were told fake tracking numbers and all types of delays. And they dnt do electronic wire transfers. What bank is that antiquated??? We finally had to drive 5.6 hours to their corporate headquarters to get our money. We are out two days of missed work , driving over, gas, food and lodging to get our money. I would never ever deal with them again…. Ever!!!!

EXPENSIVE, HORRIBLE SERVICE, NOT A CARE IN THE WORLD!!! We moved and updated the old address 2 years ago, and 3 months ago. Updated her old address 6 times, and old phone number 9 times. My other half just finished paying off her car in May they sent tie to the wrong address. The car was totaled and we need it for the insurance money to get a new car. she was told that the title was already sent out to address on file as of May 15th, 2 weeks later she was told the release of title was sent out should arrive June 7th, never arrived. June 14th she was told they would over night it and call back in 48hours for a tracking number. Fed ex said they never received the package. She called the 21st and wells fargo tried to blame fed ex for losing it. ? who's losing it here? Was fargo is. Now we have to call back in another 2 days for ANOTHER fake tracking number. Wow way to go guys!!! That's what we get for paying off a car loan with wells fargo!!!!! ?

It has taken me over 3 hours to change my phone number. The person who allegedly did it, changed it incorrectly! I have tried to log into my account using the code she gave me (which was incorrect!)This is insanity! I NEED to speak to someone who can be of assistance!

Wells Fargo is one of the worst corporations I have ever dealt with. I've had a charge in dispute with their office since June. I have literally called their company, the shipping merchant and UPS on three-way to confirm that the item I purchased was never received and they still claimed that I was responsible for the charge. Finally, after over 6 months and two appeals to their decision, they determined that I should be refunded. Now they are claiming that they already credited my account when they have not. So now, not only do they know that I'm not responsible for the charge, they still haven't credited my account. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH WELLS FARGO AGAIN, EVER!! I would suggest that anyone who has an account with them, transfer your funds to an institution with some integrity because this is not one.

WELLS FARGO BANK, National Association and Byron Nelson Parks, NMLS ID 1959403, receive one-star for poor mortgage services. a PRIORITY Buyer was pre-approved to purchase a home and appraisal was scheduled. When the appraiser never showed up after I waited for hours, I knew something was wrong. Byron Parks never informed us that the loan had been denied after weeks of patiently waiting! If the buyer was not going to get approved, then why the hell would Wells Fargo send a pre-approval letter? TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

I first had the unbearable process of my brother passing before my eyes, & we literally didn’t have time to prepare a lot for what needed to be done before his passing so we contacted an attorney who did his last will & testament while he was still coherent & myself going his sister there wasn’t anything i wouldn’t do for him if i could....as weeks pass i learn there’s things i must do, so i set off to accomplish everything needed done only to be told by Wells Fargo associates that i don't have the required information.

Automated phone service is horrendous. Had to call back more times then a junky trying to score some dope. I think any bank would be better.

The fact that they cannot varify my identity while I am traveling abroad + cannot give me access to my own funds and support me during emergency situations on extensive international travels .... absolutely unacceptable
