Don’t know why others are bummed out by this branch. It doesn’t look like it’s the safest location. It’s tucked away at the intersection of a busy street and 440, where all the heavy construction is going right now. It shares the lot with a huge old K-Mart that looks like it’s been shut down for years. Not clear why Wells Fargo decided to keep this location rather than move this to a busier, more accessible one but it’s inaccessibility is also probably the reason why there was almost no one inside except the employees.I Was able to get right to the counter to transact my business without any wait. The teller was very friendly and bantered with me while taking care of my transaction. This location also has 3 drive-up banking lanes. I’ll be visiting here again for sure since it’s on the way home from work for me. My home branch is always busy and there’s always a long line to get anything done, so this is going to be my go-to from now on.

I was scammed out of my life savings!!!!!! Wells Fargo stayed with me through the whole process!!!!!And I even got my money back! They were sooooooo awesome e very step of the way!!!!

This WF really helped me out today and went above and beyond in their customer service! Erika the branch manager and ALL her associates are very professional and very friendly and will do everything in their power to help you with your banking! Would highly recommend them! The worst customer service to open a new account, Mr. ortiz don’t help anything and he was just trying to find an excuse to tell us that we can’t open the new account. he looks like he was ready to leave early that day and he never give us other options. Very disappointed for the first time at wells fargo branch.

Horrible branch . Very poor customer service. Arrogant manager. I took all my business down the street to fifth third bank just not to deal with this Wells Fargo branch despite how close it is to my house.

I don't know why this branch has such low ratings because they deserve more. I don't often go into the bank, but when I do it's always this branch. I am always greeted warmly and immediately offered assistance, no matter how busy it is. The employees engage in friendly conversation and process what you need quickly. Yesterday I even got a sweet compliment from the manager. This building may not look like much from the outside, but it's bright inside.

Horrible customer service experience here! I actually opened the account up yesterday and now I'm at another branch closing it out. My husband and I wanted to legally protect each other, so we drew up a simple will document. We came in to have this notarized and realized we needed witnesses. There were a few bank employees milling around by the door, yet bank policy will not them be witnesses. We were told to come back with two witnesses, yet we don't know anyone here, plus it's hard to even get in here during business hours with my husband's job. We were considering getting a mortgage with them too, but now we are leaning on going with a different company. Wells Fargo has lost our business for good and a lot of $ on a mortgage!

Horrible customer service. I have never been at a Wells Fargo that doesn't want to help customers as much as this one. They were not willing to figure out a solution to my problem and the manager on duty was very rude. I have worked at a bank before and I know a lot of policies and this place was too busy talking about how they wanted to get their nails done. I will never come back to this location again and for the first time since 2003 I am considering changing banks if this is the type of customer service they want to provide.

I stopped by this bank to cash a check that was written on a Wells-Fargo account. Went through the drive through and presented the check and my Driver's License and was told that I had to come inside and present two forms of ID. So I went inside and waited, while they had a CSR standing up greeting customers instead of actually waiting on them. Once I finally got to the teller and handed them the check and TWO forms of ID I was told they needed to thumbprint me since I was not a customer. All this for a $40 check that my buddy wrote me. This doesn't happen at all banks. I went and cashed it at my bank which was not quite as conveniently located to where I was, but was a heck of a lot easier to deal with.

I needed to grab some quick cash on my way to the Flea Market and Yelped this location. I was super pumped to find out that this location had a drive-thru ATM, which was great because it was cold out. Since it was a Sunday and the branch was closed I was unable to check out the inside but everything from outside looked pretty kosher. Kudos for being conveniently located and having a drive-thru ATM!
