Service was very slow here, and they only had one teller working in the lobby. The second teller only came out when everyone started complaining about having to wait so long in line. I waited over 30 minutes for a simple transaction and it was 4-5 people in line behind me.I won’t be returning to this branch because it is understaffed.

My family and I went early on a Saturday and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. I particularly want to praise Daphne. She opened an account for my brother. She took the time to educate and inform him. She also made sure any questions or concerns we had were addressed. Thank you to everyone that assisted us.

I just wanted to share a testimonial and boost the star rating for this location. I don't go to the bank often, but when I do, it's because I have to cash a foreign check. These are notoriously difficult and annoying, and I always feel bad because they tend to take up a lot of time. That said, every time I come to this branch I know I'll be taken care of. One of the employees, Robin, is the best. She's always friendly and positive, and makes you feel like a valued customer. She always apologizes for the wait but I'm the one who always feels like I'm being a pest xD In any event, you have a wonderful employee in Robin and I just wanted her to know that. I dont know how wells fargo generally work. But this was my first experience.We wanted to open a checking account, near our home. And this bank is super close.On Day 1- We went, made to wait, and wait and only to be told "Today is a busy day, we cant deal with any more customers today". So we came back.Day 2 - we again waited, only to be told, we should have got an appointment. There is a 2 hr wait. So came back againDay 3- We had prebooked an appointment at 2. Went there on time, only to be waited again. On mentioning that we have an appt, they were like, we will have to wait. We waited till 2.25 pm and finally came back home, frustrated.I don't know if this is the problem with the branch or Wells Fargo in general, but one thing is certain, I am not banking with them again.

Opening my savings with them was pretty smooth in my opinion. Ask for Ms. Christy she’ll take care of you. Bank Tellers were professional and nice even when it was busy.

The customer service is lacking. Poor response to a misunderstanding - getting loud and patronizing me rather than offering the clear solution. Whoever was “helping” my teller was not helpful. They seemed more concerned with being correct than being helpful and creating a positive customer interaction.Rubi, my teller, did well; however my experience as a guest/customer suffered.I would suggest more coaching in regards to guest relations and smart solutions, because it was a frustrating experience for absolutely no reason.

I was given false information by three different employees. Once I opened account I was presented with completely different numbers I was promised prior. Waste of time and very unprofessional way to bring new customers in.

This place sucks I went here to get a 5,000$ business Loan. For My business that generated more then 150,000$ the first year of business such as 2021 This Short white guy Runs a business loan in my personal First and last name I was not approved of the loan Also I got a inquiry on my personal credit report seem as if I'm asking for personal money.. I am advising you DO NOT GO HERE BY ALL MEANS.

I can't believe the customer service with this Bank I just left the bank at Brier Creek a half hour ago asked him if I could have $3 in pennies and they tell me the only thing could do is give me $1 because of the national shortage even though I expressed to them that it was badly needed to help a fun drive charity to help underprivileged children and I've been banking with them for years,under those circumstances to help out the needy you would think they would be glad to accommodate me.

Slow, inconvenient, don't pick up the phone. When you go it's empty and I promise you the one time you need anything REASONABLE, it will be unavailable. Been banking with them since Wachovia and ever since they've take over I literally hate banking here with every bone in my body. This year I will find a new bank no doubt. Or keep theirs active with the minimum but I don't need anybody managing my money with these qualities.

Nobody answers the phone. Called 4 times in a row and was automatically transferred to corporate office because nobody picked up at the local branch. Corporate office tried transferring me to the local branch to answer my question 4x and no one ever picked up.

How can you not get in contact with your bank........ i am so glad this is the last time I have to deal with Wells Fargo
