Picture this, walking into a bank, expecting to cash in your old piggy bank (bills and coins) WHAM, no coin machine. Here I am now enemy number 1 to all of these patrons, wallet tapping, huffing and puffing… I even offer to just take my coins home. The angel of a teller tells me that it’s okay and continues to count my coins.
I almost wish she told me to take them back it would have been better! I have never been to a bank that DOESN’T HAVE A COIN COUNTER. Like I know it wasn’t the teller’s fault, and she was great… but I can never show my face again.

Super kind and helpful staff. My first time ever inside the lobby; the staff was very welcoming and the lady who helped me was able to get my task done quickly and easily! In and out within a few minutes, thank you so much! 💕

The tellers are unprofessional, idk if they aren't getting paid enough but they won't adhere to the line but seem to take care of their friends 1st. I've been in line and had them take 3 or 4 pepole before they get to me. Then the white lady is talking bad about customers in line to other tellers....idk what wells fargo is doing but this is not it, I'll be going to chase

First off the guy in the Drive-Thru is completely rude. He told me I couldn't get rolls of quarters I had to come in and he also gave me an attitude when I put my card in the drawer saying "na na na you can't put that in there, you need to come in". I go in and they got one person working on a Friday and I'm completely ignored. Mind you I've been going to this bank for a little while now and never had a problem until today. I'll go to a different bank.

This location is so frustrating to deal with. They have too many rules that don’t really make sense.. and then they change them. They’re rude, not very accommodating and it just flat out is a miserable banking experience. I’m about to switch my entire bank, Wells Fargo is a horrible bank and this location is the icing on the top. PNC bank down the street is a lot more accommodating, friendly and it’s just easy to get business done there. Management should really consider looking at how they do business here… look how many 1 star reviews this location has. Very bad business!

BE AWARE THIS BRANCH STEALS MONEY!!! I came to this branch with a check. I wanted to deposit and cash partial of my check. I asked for $200 in cash and to deposit the rest into my account! The teller put my check incorrectly and said I left with the WHOLE AMOUNT. WHICH IS FALSE! I filed a claim with Wells Fargo and they denied without looking at the cameras? Bc they teller who deposited out that information incorrectly. Now they say I OWE THEM MONEY! RIDICULOUS!!! I now filed with the financial bureau. Wells Fargo reached out to me and says there is no camera??? So I’m in the wrong? It’s a he said she said type of situation. Without the cameras proving I left with 200. I lose my case. WELLS FARGO DOESNT HAVE CAMERAS I GUESS?? Sad to say their own PEOPLE STEAL! WHAT A SHAME WELLS FARGO AND ESPECIALLY THIS BRANCH. The branch manager also said she would have called me but never did! Poor service. Never come here I waited since January. Why would I drag it out? now I have to pay on top of losing my check to even close my account. WELLS FARGO STEALS ESPECIALLY THIS ONE. Smh

I tried to go into the bank in person to check my account for potential fraudulent activity and I was met with a less than helpful teller who directed me to call the 1800 number and refused to even attempt to help.If you’re looking for a bank you can trust it’s not this one.

Been going here 3 yrs now and never been moved to the side like today. Brier creek absolutely! But not Millbrook!!!! Why because I'm a business is my time not valued? Yall don't open till 9am. So I'm usually the first one there so should be in an out....right!?! That's how it's been the last 3 yrs!!!! But today I was pushed aside and watch as a customer who just walked in was helped. Then the next guy walked in and that's when I asked why she stopped doing my business and helped the previous guy and she stated it's company policy ? when????? I have a business too open and operate. On my time not hers or wells fargo! Maybe a new bank is in order? Or maybe new management ? sad day wells fargo sad sad day!It's like going to the grocery store and having a cart full of groceries and the cashier taking the people behind you with less items!?!? How is that policy?

I have to give this location a one star ? only because otherwise I would not be able to post a review otherwise. I used to be a customer when Wells Fargo once was called Wachovia. Those were the best days.I recently visited this location on Millbrook road. I'm so disappointed ? with not only the attitude of the tellers but the branch manager as well. The purpose of my visit were for two reasons one to cash a check and two to learn more about starting up a business account. The tellers were not only unfriendly but unknowledgeable. We are reconsidering doing business with Wells Fargo due to the lack of customer service that I received when I visited this particular branch. Unfortunately I cannot recommend.

The Gray haired man with glasses that works at this location is Rude and unprofessional! I’m assuming he was a branch manager and that makes it even worse. Brier creek location is much more helpful..

I bank with WF for myself and my employer. I have had to visit this branch due to a closure and have to say I have not felt appreciated. No smiles, no personality. Barely a "welcome".
