Worst customer services..cursed out and yelled at by employee in front of entire bank. Went to get a replacement debit card-no one in entire customer service area or greeter in entire bank-waited in teller line over 15 minutes only to be told that I was in the wrong area and should have waited in customer service seat. The bank does not even deal with credit card replacements anymore-everything must be done on app..what a worthless bank. I hope that employee was fired-will be moving our banking elsewhere after being customers for over 30 years.

The worst banking experience ever in 40 years. The people who work there are imbeciles. I have waited for a replacement debit card for over a month!!! The overall experience I get from my branch on Forest Pines Drive is rated an F for failure! Changing banks will be one of most enjoyable experiences I have in business.

I don’t bank at Wells Fargo. My Niece who is 18 banks there. She asked if I could come with her to the nearest branch so she could sort out some things like obtaining a debit card and changing her address.As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a teller who warmly waived at us and as we walked up to him asked what he could do for us. When I explained the situation he flagged down his supervisor Ms. Collins. She sat down with us right away and then explained what we needed to Micah. Micah brought us into his office and over the next 30 minutes worked with us to resolve all of our questions.I honestly have never met such a warm and inviting crew of bank employees. Especially considering this was a Friday afternoon and we had no appointment. I would recommend this branch to anyone I meet.

I came in about two weeks ago to have a cashier's check printed, and the gentleman who helped me had 0 idea what he was doing. I'm not sure if I caught him on a bad day or if he just wasn't interested in helping me, but the entire time I interacted with him he was constantly rolling his eyes and was almost purposely slow at processing this check. I spelled the name of the company that the check needed to be made out to on a piece of paper, which I confirmed on the keypad that it was correct, and the check came out completely misspelled...as if it was purposeful. He also tacked on an extra $10 on the check that didn't need to be there. After telling him this, he had the nerve to ARGUE with me about how that was the fee for the cashier's check. After all was said and done, the check was STILL $10 over what it needed to be, and spelled completely incorrect.To the gentleman with poorly-healed ear piercings and had keloids hanging from his ears, I hope that's not how you treat everyone that comes across your desk. Maybe customer service isn't your forte.

I rarely like going into banks due to how busy they get and due to horrible experiences in the past. However? This location has changed my entire view. Their customer service is impeccable, very professional and I can truly say they are a full service bank for personal and business needs. Personal and business banking is what truly makes a bank, and this location does this to perfection.

Is it weird to enjoy your experience at a bank? Well I have the last two times. Jackie, who I assume is the branch manager, is so friendly and helpful. She helped me in person and laid out my options to do it in an easier way next time. Very happy!

As a business owner I’m horrified at the customer service at this location. I have been banking with Wells Fargo for many many years and typically never have any problems but this location seems to always have problems. They are rude. Maybe they need to get some lessons from chic fil a on customer service.

I wish I could give zero stars. Probably the worst customer service I have ever received. I avoid this Wells Fargo like the plague. Do yourself a favor and go to the one in heritage. The people there are the best.

Very very slow, sat in line behind only 1 car at drive up window for 20 minutes while people driving thru bays got thru in normal time.
