I've been to this location before and the snarky attitude of the staff ALONE is enough to make me never want to go back. Today I had a paper check to cash but I also have a substantial injury that makes walking/standing in line problematic. I went to the bank at 12:45 and tried to get service at the drive thru, but everything was blacked out on that side... after pressing the call button one of the tellers told me they were "closed for lunch." I explained my predicament but that didn't matter, bc the only solution she could come up with was for me to come back at 2pm. Seriously? Rotate your lunches, you're not the only person working. People have things to do, they can't wait around for the bank to reopen when they should've been open in the first place.

Branch Manager Christopher Gambino was very short with me and very UNWILLING to research my issue and help me! This is the SECOND BRANCH that I have visited in the past week and I was very UNIMPRESSED AND DISAPPOINTED! At this point, I am leaning toward contacting a Civil Right attorney, as well as the local media to bring some attention to this issue!!! I will NEVER deal with Wells Fargo again!!!

Wells Fargo in General has poor service when it comes to calling any local branch. The customer is forced through a phone flip chart of options and you never actually get to speak to a representative. Your forced to drive to a branch only to find their lobby is closed due to staffing shortage.

My wife need new debit card cuz she lost hers. Went in and the manager Christopher came up. I explained this situation and he said the front desk cashier Israel can help us to order card. Waited about 10 min and he said tried to order card but it won’t allow him to do so. Said only Banker could process this. Which we had to wait for the lady banker to be available. Not a great customer service experience for me as a long time loyal Wells Fargo (Wachovia) users.Update: Morgan (the lady banker) helped us and got it processed with ordering new card. Which only take 5 min. Wonderful service. Thank you!

I had a business account here for 6 or 7 years. It began as no monthly fees as long as your balance didn’t fall below $2000 or so. I typically had $30k or more in the bank always. They started raising their fees higher and higher until the cons outweighed the pros of banking here.
