The food is delicious and hot. I love their fries and the bacon ranch chicken wrap. Now, the orange frosty is the most delicious frosty I've ever tasted, and my favorite is the strawberry lemonade ?. The drive thru was fast, and our orders were done right and fast.

Each time I've been there, my order has not been correct. I feel no need to waste time for corrections with so of the bad attitudes I've endured at this location. I only go there when my choices are limited. It's always the drive-thru. Although the last time I was there, the manager at the window was pleasant, but my food still wasn't correct.

Dirty, no ice, no paper towels, slow and four people including a manager just standing and talking the entire time I waited for my order while the lady running the counter was doing everything

It is a terrible service, every time I go to pick up an order for a customer they tell me that they do not have any orders with Uber eats, and today the guy who is currently serving the cashier yelled at me and not just at me , even to another driver. Today March 21 at 11:26 pm. I don't know if you can verify how he served the drivers.

Went through drive through with my family. We start ordering and when we get to the 4th order they stop us and say we can only order three at a time. If we want more we have to go in. STUPID!!!

The drive through line took a ridiculously long time to get through! When I pulled up, there was one car at the ordering kiosk. They were there at least three minutes before pulling up to the pick up window. I waited at least five minutes before being able to place my order. Once I placed my order, I pulled around to the pick up window. The person in front of me was already gone. I waited at least three minutes before the person opened the window, handed me my drink, and asked me to pull up because they were cooking the fries. They didn't give me a straw so I couldn't even enjoy my drink while waiting. I pulled up and waited at least eight minutes to get my food!This seemed like a ridiculously long time to wait for "fast" good. Oh, the dining room was empty, so it's not like they had a lot of customers!When I got my food, the fries were warm at best, not even hot! Which I would have expected after waiting so long.About the only good thing with this visit was the Ghost Pepper Chicken Sandwich. It had a nice spice/great level.I will accept responsibility for what happened - I don't usually have a positive experience at Wendy's and knew I shouldn't have pulled in...

The people at this location are terrible. They lack any semblance of customer service and always project misery with a good dose of attitude. Tonight was my second time ordering the pretzelBaconator and not getting it. Is it really that hard to prepare an order correctly? And there was no one in front or behind me, so I don’t believe I was mistakenly provided another’s order. Hope some changes are in the works for this location.
