The owner of the Wireless Shop did an excellent job in replacing the back glass for my iPhone 13 pro. Apple wanted to charge me $450. I called several cell phone repair shops in Cary and Apex and all stated they could not replace the back glass because it needed to be done with a laser. My coworker recommended the Wireless Shop to me because they were able to fix his daughter's phone at a very reasonable price. I brought my phone to them and they replaced the back glass for $150. The phone looks brand new! The service by the owner and his staff was excellent. I highly recommend the Wireless Shop for your tech repair needs.

I came to Raleigh a year ago and fell on hard times. I came here to sell one phone and get one that was cheaper. They did everything they could to help me and I had a good, working phone. Huge selection and now that I’m back on my feet, I plan on returning to buy a newer iPhone. Certainly I’ll always be a customer!

Extremely helpful the service was great and they have a wide selection of products had a fairly decent price I would certainly recommend this place they did a repair for me right on the spot for a phone that they don't sell on the East Coast so they even went above and beyond I'm grateful for this store

?Easily the Best cell phone repair experience to date. The owner, John, and his staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process as painless as possible, especially in terms of my pockets. John stayed two hours past closing and did every imaginable replacement on my iPhone, when he found out I was going on vacation the next day. carrier unlocked, back glass, front screen/Led, camera, flashlight, and even touched up the paint, like it just came off the shelf. Even threw in a free case?All in less than 3 hrs after walking in! I highly recommend The Wireless Shop, They have made a lifetime customer after my experience.

First day I brought 2 iPhones both of them couldn’t hear nothing he fixed it, the next day the camera didn’t work, the third time the screen messed up & had to pay to get it fixed on top of $10 for another screen protector after he took it off... I would give zero stars if I could I hope I never have to return.. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYBODY HE’S A RIP-OFF
