I only gave a 4 because of the minor situation with depositing a check but other wise I have no complaints and filevia (so sorry if I butchered that) helped some so much and provided great service she made the stressful situation I was in a bit better.

I went yesterday to get cash at this branch and they didn't want to give me my money because my account was new, the staff was tough without manners, after it found other location where they did their job.Don't go there they treat people like criminal. Bad services

I've been trying to speak to someone at this branch for two weeks. No fewer than 20 calls, voicemails at this and the Morrisville branch, not one returned call, and now the Brier Creek location's voicemail box is full. Finally got in touch with someone on the customer service line who submitted a contact request on my behalf early last week, and I still have not heard from anyone.

This branch has very nice and helpful employees. Although the customer service via phone is a challenge. It is not fair to the customers and the employees to have a nonfluent english speaking person in a call center that predominantly service english speaking customers. Additionally the bank scams the customers by submitting false and incorrect daily reports and you can easily find your account in the negative. Especially when you do not

If there was a negative star rating, I would select it. This bank has the worst policies I have ever seen in my lifetime. There systems are behind times, and the only plus is getting your payroll deposited one day earlier. Beware! Purchased a cashiers check for large sum of money, mailed it, it never arrived to the recipient, told that it would take 90 days to recut the check. Don't even fall victim to fraud, as their support is terrible. Run away very fast!

Totally disappointed on WesternUnion services... will never recommend anyone using that branch. I live at brier creek but they sent me to Triangle mall for picking over a certain amount!

I'm giving this Woodforest account a 5 star rating based off of the branch manager Matthew C. Gardiner. We were ready to close my husband's bank account but after having him work with his account we will continue with Woodforest but only this location. Thank you Matthew 😊

My account was being compromised by someone in another country and i received a personal call from my home branch to verify the transaction and my whereabout. I'm grateful for the personal relationship that i have with the staff at my local branch they prevented a potential disaster from happening to me.
