I had a wonderful experience getting my Cavapoo, Chewie, his first groom. He was terrified of the dryer so groomer, Mckayla, was very patient with him. He looks adorable!

I have not tried the grooming services but plan to do soon. I have only come for the treats because they have a fantastic selection that my dog loves!! It helps that the staff at the register are always super friendly.

This place is awesome!! Jess and Margaret always take such great care of my little dog, GinGin. She is teenie tiny and prone to stress, but these ladies take her under their wing and give her a great experience. She goes in shaking and comes out tail wagging. On top of that Jess does an incredible job of trimming her little face. She weighs only 5 lbs, so it’s impressive. I would (and do) recommend this location to anyone!!

Yall…this is my favorite grooming place EVER! All of the ladies are so welcoming, from the moment you drop off your pup to checking out and scheduling your next appt! Renee grooms my pomeranian and she does a perfect job every single time. Could not recommend this location enough. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here! Oh and i love filling up a goody bag of the homemade treats, if you see the peanut butter stuffed bones, grab one!

Woof gang staff was so kind and gentle with my nervous pup! My groomer worked with me to slowly help my buddy feel more comfortable for a full groom. I am always happy with their work and I always appreciate their above and beyond communication.

The stylists are the best! They’ve been grooming my dog since they opened and I’ve always enjoyed taking her here. They’re all friendly, outgoing and helpful. 10/10 recommend everyone.

The Woof Gang staff was so welcoming and caring with my nervous pup! I appreciated the above and beyond communication. My groomer worked with me one on one to help my pup feel most comfortable before his first full groom. They also sent me a picture of my pup after his haircut and it was so cute!

Customer service is poor. Made an in~person appt and came to the appt a week later and the man who made the appt said I didnt have an appt and they were fully booked. I won't be going back!

This was the first experience for our 12-year-old with Michaela. He was overdue for a grooming. She got him cleaned up and looking good. He's going back in 8 weeks.

I absolutely love coming here. Huge varity of foods and treats. My dogs always come back looking and smelling great. I also love that they have the hair length chart and pricing disclosures available for you to see at check in and in the agreements that they email and text you.

This store has great dog toys and treats but I’ve taken my yellow lab here twice now and both times he has come back shedding just as bad as before and itching himself constantly to the point of creating cuts and scabs on his skin. The first time it was bad but they had just opened so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I tried again last week but he has non stop been scratching himself and there is shampoo residue on his skin that leaves a caked gritty feeling on your fingers. I paid $100 for the whole service and now I have scheduled another service from PetSmart to get it redone and fix his shedding and scratching. Again, super nice staff, great service, amazing toys and treats but I would not go here for grooming.

I NEVER write reviews, but I feel like I need to write one for all the pet owners, who are thinking about using this location for their pet grooming. Now with this in mind, I have been a client of multiple woof gangs and have not had an issue at all (so that should tell you something). The first time I brought my kids to this location, I shouldn't have gone back because we were charged a "Feisty Fee" though it was taken off by the manager. Our kids are never a problem to any groomers (their sweethearts), so this was a shock to me. Once I got home, I noticed the haircut was shorter in other locations of their fur compared to other parts (sometimes to the skin) which made me think they weren't handled correctly. We decided to try another groomer, but when my husband explained everything to the manager at drop off. The manager stated she gets a lot of complaints about the groomer, but she can't "fire" her because of the complaints. However, the second groomer (AJ) we got was amazing and really takes the time with your pets. So, we decided to stay.We ended up going back today and my husband was late (which we never are) because of a slow-moving construction truck, which he told me to call to say he was going to be late. As I have done with other groomers, I've called and said he would be about 10 minutes late... now please tell me when he gets there about 15ish minutes late because the dogs had to poop once he got there. They said they were charging a late fee because of their policy (which was never discussed over the phone ahead of time) and states this policy is in the waiver we signed and was up front on the desk when people check in for the grooming services. I wanted to speak to the manager (Renee) over the phone (I was at work) and when I told her this was the second time a policy fee was used and I was not given an ahead up, she kept saying it was up at the front and we should be able to see it. Now, Renee's customer service skills need some improvement, due to that she had an attitude the moment I brought up the problem and as we continued to disagree, she began to talk over me, and we began to argue. Which the final solution was to end up deciding to part ways with Woof Gang.My husband went to pick up the dogs and Renee decided to speak to my husband, which she started to say that the problem started when he closed the door as he left and caused it to shake after dropping off the dogs. Mind you the door is an automatic and my husband proved it to the manager right there and that the didn't slam it and that the door shakes anyway. She didn't like it and would roll her eyes. Then she began to speak about the laminated sheet of their store policy, which she takes from BEHIND the table. When she said over the phone anyone should be able to see it when they drop off.There are many other groomers in the area and will take my business somewhere else. However, I wanted to leave a review and looking at the negative reviews there is a pattern. Alot of the comments are the same when it comes to management and the care of the fur babies when their dropped off.

Have been going here since they opened about 2 years ago. Very friendly staff and Renee, our groomer, always comes out to greet us and discuss what she can do for our Pickles.
