You won’t find a pharmacy team less competent than the one at Randleman CVS. They will accidentally delete your prescription, request some other medication from the prescribing physician’s office, and then not comprehend why you still don’t have the meds they deleted.

This is a high volume pharmacy that has provided for my family's needs for the last 19 years. Are they always happy people (no) without ever making a mistake (no) BUT they are willing to go the distance to help their patients and for this I am Very Grateful.

Who has time to use their automated phone service?
CVS is what is wrong with corporate America when it comes to how they run business. Staff at this location are friendly but what does that matter when you have a life outside of trying to get medicine within a reasonable time. They close down for lunch!

The cashier Leah was so incredibly helpful and sweet. I was in the store to get medicine and tissues for my sick child. Leah helped me locate the tissues and the children’s medicine. I had an issue with the coupon working on my tissues and Leah helped me get the right product so I could use my coupon. I will absolutely be back to the Randleman CVS all because of Leah

Please please please do not use this pharmacy! The pharmacist is a complete B. She kept making my mom call her Dr. and THEN insurance. And then when my mom got through every hoop, which by the way was a three day process. She goes oh well… we are out of stock of your Medication. Which she had it ready, but she gave the rest of them away in under 20 minutes? Makes absolutely no since she just lied. Just beware. My mom has had multiple back surgeries and she really needed her medication, they showed no sympathy what so ever. It was just pure spite.

Avoid this place at all costs, it is not worth the headache dealing with this pharmacy. They will not fill your script on the right day. When you call to correct that they'll delay it even further. Worst service I've ever received in any establishment of my life and this is medication they're playing with, not a drink or meal.

Having to call in my script multiple times is annoying. This is the only pharmacy that has ever given me problems but it's with every single script I fill here. If my insurance wasn't so bent on making me use this corporation I'd never step foot in another CVS again. 0/5 stars.
