This store is definitely one of the better ones in Randleman, Greensboro or any other surrounding area. The manager Crystal, runs a tight ship and her staff are really on top of keeping shelves stocked, prices updated, unloading trucks and getting inventory up and out of the aisles! Not to mention its clean and the bathrooms are super clean and decorated cute! Lol.

This store has to be the cleanest, most organized store I have ever been in. The refrigerator shelves were so clean, the shelves stocked like little soldiers..I have been in so many from Central Ohio, all the way down to Southern Randleman NC!! Let me tell you this store has Asheboro NC to shame, you could even smell the clean!! Cuddos to the staff!! Especially Jess , who was so nice and helpful at the register!!

I love the welcoming feeling you get when you enter the store when Crystel is working. This woman works all the time, keeps the place in order and loves her customers. She is what keeps us all coming.

Super rude cashier. Complained about having to open the glass to get cigarettes for a customer. Loudly complaining about having to be at work was all he seemed to be good at. Next time, I'll just bite the bullet and go to Walmart.

Over the last month we have been seeing tremendous improvement with the store, stocking, and customer service provided at the Level Cross Dollar General, and we would like to think it has a lot to due with Adam B. He will be why we continuously come back to this store. He stops everything to help, he never complains, or yells at his other coworkers in front of customers. He is quite the worker and gentleman.

Randleman store had a person who was no help. She walked around ignoring anybody in the store. Making everyone use the self checkout. I don't shop places that don't help people. Some people don't know how to use the self checkout

Management needs to be held accountable. They don’t even honor the prices they post. Yesterday I go there because they have Monster Energy Drinks 3 for $6 or $2.20 each. After checking out something didn’t seem right so I reviewed the receipt. Every one of them rang up $2.40 each with .06 discounted off of each.I questioned it and was informed that “there nothing we can do about it”. “ I would need to contact Monster”.Check your receipts because they will overcharge and not honor the prices they have posted.It’s a shame because they are conveniently located but I will never enter them again. They flat out stole from me and should be held accountable!

This Dollar General is the only one you need. I love the people. Tony,Taylor,and Stephanie are awesome they always make you feel welcome and always helpful. I would recommend this Dollar general over the rest of them.

Everytime I call ahead to make sure that they have a product and show up they never have it. This has now happened twice. I call to make sure I don’t need to stop anywhere else and then show up and they are like oh I guess someone bought all of it. In 20 minutes come on step up the customer service and go check to keep everyone sane!
