Been going for years and theyve always done a good job. Today I went around 10:30-11am and got one of the cleanest cuts of my life I cant remember her name but it was one of the younger girls with glasses.

Took my son to get shape up and low cut, he came out with same cut and hair left over on front, could not tell he even had a cut at all. Was charged 15 for whole cut. Will definitely not be returning

They'd been messing up my hair for a while because they had clip notes that didn't reflect what I wanted, I came in with a photo one day and the stylist said oh I don't need that I have the clip notes. So she messed up my hair again. I stopped going for months after that because I was frustrated, I just shaved all my hair off. Came back with a different photo recently and said "my hair isn't this long yet but essentially I want to aim for this once it grows out" and she replied with a pretty condescending tone saying that would look "like a bowl" and then proceeded to just tell me how she was gonna cut my hair instead.

Did not get a good haircut this time. I guess it’s my fault for asking her to do layers instead of just trimming. Lesson learned. I’ll just stick with the basic trim. I only left a tip because she was nice.
