Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Came to this shop as an out of towner with a need for an atomizer and some juice. The woman at the counter was very helpful, answered all my questions and helped me pick out good replacements for my needs (atomizer was a bit higher wattage than I normally use since they were out, and juice selection was extensive so I tried something new). Great place, easily the best vape shopping experience I've had in a shop that is not my "regular"

I came into this store for years and had them update my number on my cards for pints only for the number to be incorrect and I have not been getting my points. I asked them to update it to the correct number and they are rude and can't do anything. The blonde fat chick it rude and incompetent. I have used this vape shop for years but will no longer get my business. I was not rude I just wanted them to fix what they are ultimately the only ones in control of this if I was the one adding the correct number to my account I would have done it correctly.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful. We have been coming here for a while and they are great people! Products never disappoint and are decently fairly priced their recommendations are great as well.They have it to where you collect points on purchases to receive 20 dollars off after so many points which is awesome and extremely beneficial and helpful!!! Never had a bad experience here.

Been a loyal customer for years. Took back two disposables of same flavor they were both faulty. Said if I wanted a new flavor I would have to pay for it. Your product was faulty. That’s on you not me. Take your business elsewhere. This is how they treat loyal customers.On a side note these two disposables were bought within a two hour period. There was nothing wrong with the flavor. Product was faulty.They are friendly enough I guess if you like someone with no personality until you have a problem then that little bit of friendliness goes out the window.

I bought 3 kangvapes and a couple of hours later opened one to find the juice had leaked out everywhere in the packaging. I took back immediately. A different employee was working. She hesitantly gave me a new one with the comment we normally don't do this with a disgusting look on her face and attitude. I said I have to inspect everything before I leave? Her reply, yes. There are vape stores everywhere. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Terrible customer service. Stand by your merchandise people. I want to support my community it's tough when you're met with this level of service.

I'm not sure about the one in Randleman but the one in Asheboro in the Hobby Lobby parking lot is pathetic. I bought an $8 battery there which was faulty and the little boy behind the register refuse to give me another one or refund my money. after I bought the merchandise he informs me that it's store policy not to take returns. hope he doesn't sell anybody a bad cart because $40 wasted is a lot of money to not stand behind his product. I will never waste my gas to go here again. the one in Randleman I have no opinion of I've never been there

i Spend anywhere from $80-$120 in this store weekly. Well today I came in and got to hyde rechargable vapes. got back to my apartment 1.5 miles away went inside and gave the flavor my girlfriend asked for to her she then proceeded to open it and we then realized all the juice had leaked out and soaked into the paper and the vape wouldn't hit due to having no juice. So I then gave her mine and went back to the store where there was then a younger couple behind the counter. I explained that I had been there within the hour and bought these and showed the younger girl where the juice had leaked out. She then told me how she has been there the whole time and that I was lying. So I replied with saying well this one is trash so if you could dispose of it and sell me another one as I don't even mind paying twice (which I shouldn't have to in the first place) but then she refuses to sell me one because I called the product trash... well what would you call a useless faulty vape that's no good and of which will be thrown in the (TRASHCAN) oh yeah that's right you call it freaking TRASH!!!!! I've been buying from that location for years and am severely disappointed with the way I was treated today.. but it's fine. They're the ones losing thousands of dollars not me

I usually have a great experience here but today I bought a smok badge and upon getting it home realized it didnt work. So I took it back and was told I would not be refunded because I was "probably not using it right" how insulting ! I have had several of these and it doesnt take a rocket scientist to use . Do not blame me when your product is faulty ! What an awful way to conduct business
