Christmas Day was horrible for drive thru, and what seemed to be inside as well! Pulled up at 743 with only 5 cars in front of me.. I ordered two hot dogs, two fries, two gatorades and milkshake.. after finally moving two cars the car in front of me left out of the line, so that puts me next in line, it’s now 830pm.. I’m giving the guy my money to pay and get my gatorades, 30 mins later the lady in front finally gets her food, I’m up to the window, no one ever comes to the window to greet you, I’ve watched 6 inside orders get taken care of, it’s now 915 and I’m asking for my food or my money back as no one has even acknowledged me.. the lady was super nice and apologetic but only offers a refund after the long wait.. sheetz of randleman have more employees on a major holiday if your open, and have a system.. all workers worked on one order at one time making duplicate items for customers.. I watch 3 cars drive out of the line and still never received my food after ordering over an hour times span!!

It is insane that everytime i try to get a burrito bowl, they give me a burrito.. i do not eat tortillas hence the reason for the bowl? i think this is the 5th time theyve done it and ive had to refund. C'mon guys.

lazy and rude staff. i placed a mobile order of just 2 drinks and a slim jim in which i had to wait about 12 mins for until i asked the person upfront about my order. Lady was rude asked me what i ordered and for my name when she went in the back my order was already made. sat around waiting for an order already made but lazy staff failed to put on mobile order rack

Cashiers should really ask if you have a sheetz card to use when you check out. Especially if the only way to get the discounts on the drinks is with the card. I feel scammed paying $2 minors for drinks bc I didn’t know I needed to scan my sheetz card. Every other store food lion, loves, pilot, Lowe’s food, etc ask you for rewards card at checkout.

I stopped in the other day to grab my husband a couple of mean bean monsters. When I went in there were no mean beans in the cooler. So I asked the cashier if they have any in the back and she went and looked I believe her name was Trish. She came back out with two mean bean monsters made my day. Thank you Trish

Apparently they won't honor the fizzonator refill price. It was .89 cents. Now it's 1.29. Even though it's nowhere on sheetz site that they increased the price. They'll tell you not anymore then make up an excuse about it's what city you're in. Bull. I'm convinced they don't know how to ring it up. Cause one in Greenbsoro showed me the screen and they can't find anything but a 32 oz refill. I think it's crazy. Sheetz shouldn't have advertised lifetime refills for .89 cents if their stores don't plan on honoring it. Honestly wouldn't have spent $25 on a cup.

If I could give zero stars I would. I never put my card in the card reader, always tap it, for whatever reason I put my card in the card reader as I was checking out inside. Hacked my card had to get a new card and block 2 recurring payments of $49.99 from 2 different places one in Cali and on in TN.

Nothing but good reviews for this staff. Particularly most of the female crew. But most of all Amy! She jumped me off when I was stuck at the pumps from my battery dying at around midnight. She jumped right on it & straight up rescued me 🙏 Thanks you so much again Amy!!!
