Went in today with my son and his fiancé and my grandsons. We proceeded to put them in a cart so they would not be running all over the store and an old lady working smarted off about them being out in the cart. Then while we were shopping, she decided she needed to say something else in regards to them in the cart. Yes I said my piece before leaving. Will not return.

Hands down the worst Goodwill we have ever went in. Dressing and bathrooms always locked. Never have a buggy to shop with but there's twenty sitting in the back. Prices are really marked up compared to other Goodwills. Evidently they need to hire a manager to run this place.

The staff and management team are always very helpful and positive. Never have had any issues. Always can find amazing deals unlike other goodwills around that overprice. I love this store and tell friends and family to come here.

I used to go there 2 or 3 times a week I’m on a budget taking care of 3 grandchildren find some good clothes. But this time my oldest needed a computer so I seen one pricey but bought for him they told me 30 days any problem bring it back. We went home hooked it all up to the internet and typed in there password and changed it to mine all going good. So he gets home from school I was going to surprise him. He turned it on it came on but that’s it couldn’t do anything. We shut it down tried again it wouldn’t work so I brought it back. They said no cause we took the stickers off we took off there price tag sticker that’s all. It was a surprise gift you don’t leave a price tag on. So I’m out the money and no computer. They will never see me in there again

Went to take carload of clothes and shoes and other items. Pulled up went to door and said I had a carload of items for them and was told put it into the blue bin that was almost full. I ask for help and she said here is a buggy use it. I left and will not be donating to them. These were business suits and shoes that I thought you could use for there mission.
