I'm grateful for this guy. I think his name was JAREAN that what I saw it on his t shirt, and he was very helpful and friendly with us, it was wrong with my daughter passport, and he helped me a lot ,appreciate him 🫶🏻

We live in randleman in a neighborhood with a gate that is open all day. USPS delivers our mail just fine to the neighborhood mailbox. But any time we have a package that ends up being delivered to our house, without fail, we check and it shows "delivery attempted" and our package was returned to the office. We are both working during office hours and cannot just go pick our package up. We have attempted to put a note on our address to allow it to be left on either porch. We have a deck in back and stairs leading to our door on front. I don't understand why the driver cannot leave the package on our porch when literally every other delivery service leaves our packages on the porch just fine with no issues.

Employees/staff has always been helpful and patient. Never had cause for complaint or any issues with this branch/location.

I send mail all over the country. It seems like an enormous amount of the mail I send through this Post Office either arrives a week or so later (than even mail within the same state) or not at all.

New carrier keeps not showing up, fuel is over 3 bucks a gallon and I'm having to take mail to post office because he is lazy. His boss obviously doesn't care after all my calls about it.

One older man is amazing and always gives the best service and works hard. Then we get other mail carriers who drive thru yards, damage mail boxes etc. Today I come home to a package on the hood of my 50k$ truck. 3 porches 1 within 10ft of my vehicle. The level of incompetence and disrespect from this office is so irritating at times. But the one mailman is amazing. These others need to be fired as well as their post master for allowing the behavior as I know I’m not the only one who periodically has these issues.

They are always very friendly and helpful, especially when things were hectic during last Christmas with covid19. As a small business owner, shipping out packages is crucial and they made the process as easy as possible.
