Quite possibly the most rude interaction I’ve ever had with a pharmacy manager.
We send this company many prescriptions.
I’d not recommend a patient to ever see them.

A terrible location. No prescription is ever ready on time. I had surgery on a Friday, I was finished by 8am. So they had my prescription all morning. The one medication I needed after my surgery wasn't ready until Monday. I called twice, and my other 3 prescriptions were ready on that Friday except the one I needed the most. I think the "nationwide pharmacist shortage" is just an excuse. Their pharmacist left the building after the lunch hour was over. There isn't anybody else that could have filled that for me? And having your pharmacy completely close on the weekends is outrageous. Something has to change, whether it's dropped completely by CVS or new management. You simply cannot trust that they will get you what you need.

UNACCEPTABLE!! To receive a prescription at 10 o'clock in the morning to then call a customer at 5:15 that evening, to let them know it's ready to be picked up, after the pharmacy has closed (noted with a handwritten note on the door) is unacceptable. On a Friday, after having a procedure done, you expect to be able to get your pain medication and start your recovery. Not possible when the pharmacy closes at 5 and doesn't reopen until 9 Monday morning! And to top it off, can't take it to another pharmacy because now it shows that you filled the prescription!! Only get a one star review because it won't allow zero stars!

They truly need a new pharmacist. Theu are slow and incompetent. I came in Monday with my medications I wanted transferred here. It’s Wednesday and they still haven’t done it. I have called them and been on hold for over an hour. They never answer and one of the techs is rude her name is iwan.

Same issue as everyone else, can't speak to anyone, on hold for over an hour. No I don't want to download the app...your pharmacy says my prescription isn't there, my doctor says it is. I can't do this with a robot.

You’d be better off going to school and becoming a pharmacist and filling your own meds cause you aren’t going to be able to get them on the phone nor get your meds. I’ve been on hold for an hour and 15 minutes & 38 seconds. ?

I am physical who had to make change in prescription they just do not answer phone I have never been get them them on phone this is not first time. CVS should be ashamed of the performance of this pharmacy look at other reviews.I am requesting my patients to use another pharmacy

Prescription was set up yesterday. Today, sat here for an hour and it's still not ready. Was told 20 minutes. No idea how much longer. DO NOT GET YOUR MEDICINE HERE! They don't care about the customers at all. At a 1.8, I don't think they care about their rating either. Clearly they don't pay their staff well enough to keep people because they are grossly understaffed and inept. We've been listening to them ignore the phone and no less than 20 people have been calling trying to talk to a live person. This has been a sorry, horrid experience and I personally can't wait for this location to close.
