We have been on a waiting list for 1 year everytime we call we are told we would receive a follow up call but never do. Very Poor communication

I have been waiting 6 months. Followed up several times over the phone, even stopped by the office and have NOT received one call back. All I keep being told is I am on a waiting list. Poor work ethic.

Mr. Gene is definitely worth the wait. He is very professional and he completed our copy of the survey in less than a week. He is so easy to work with and the secretary is very nice. You will not be disappointed.
