For the price it’s not worth the rats the storage came with. Good for temporary use only! Had to pick rat beddings out all my belongings. Most of my items had to be trashed.

I'm really glad that I used BK Self Storage! My unit was nice and clean when I moved my things in it and I never had to worry about anything getting wet or damaged by the weather. I also never had to worry if my belongings were safe because I used my own lock and no one can get unless they have a pass code. The employees are very kind and are willing to go that extra mile to make sure that their customers feel welcome to call with any questions they may have. I've never called and not finished a call without all of my questions or concerns taken care of. If I ever need a storage unit again, I will definitely use BK Self Storage on Harrison St.

They are all Great people!!! I paid $50 for a unit but never used it halfway through the month I called to get a refund. The owner and I agreed that half would be reasonable, he asked me to send him pictures of the unit. I did just that and instead of half he gave me a full refund. If I ever need a storage Im calling them

They try to help as much as possible to make your experience a good one. The place is well kept and clean. The individual password allow you to get to your storage easily at your convenience.
