Ordering online was great, and a breeze. The guy that called me back to assist with a second order from the local store was nice and helpful. BUT DELIVERY!!!! The white guy was nice. The black guy was nice in the beginning. I work from home and I can't have alot of background noise.So i jumped off work to try to manuever some of the furniture out of the way for them. The black guy told me that there was no rush, and they would move the furniture if needed. (yeah there is a rush, Y'all ain't supposed to be here, right now)So when they came back in, they were discussing if they should move the treadmill and they white guy said that they didn't have to. So i just asked if they needed me to move the lamp stand and the black guy purposely gave the white guy a look. And just completely ignored me.RUDE!!! The white guy tried to make up for the slight by asking about my cat. But there was no coming back from it. The "black guy" (and i'm being nice), they must have hired him from Craig's List! He looked like he wanted to cuss me out!. REALLY?!Imagine being ashamed and embarrased that someone is treating you badly. But, hey... look at the brightside! This will be my last time buying here. To the caucassion guy, thank you for bring nice throughout the whole ordeal.Edit: 1 star, bc apparently I'm lying on their driver. Nobody else has complained about him. Chile... Why would I do that?

This store has a wonderful staff and the store manager is hands down one of the best. He's always there to help, as with all of his staff. If you need something, go check em' out. If they don't have it, they will find it.

I been paying for my furniture every two weeks, and one week I could not make payment, so I told them that I will pay it at next payment. Instead of charging me a late fee they said they have to hold furniture until then. Don't make sense to me.

Darlean was amazing and went above and beyond to help me create the living room of my dreams. Her customer service was unparalleled!Tyrone and James the two sweetest and cleanest delivery men made sure to set up my furniture just right! They left my home cleaner than what they found it! In this day and age when customer service is a lost art these three people showed me it was not. I hope that their effort, kindness and loyalty is rewarded! I think they're a good place to shop if you have bad or below average credit. I had to go a year and a half ago. I had a good experience there. Treated me nice. It was all good. So I would recommend.
