“After 2 weeks of searching for my perfect Rogue, and getting the run around at other dealerships and being incredibly frustrated and let down, i decided to check out Reidsville Nissan. I called and spoke with Jake Scott about a particular rogue i had seen on the website. My DREAM car was a 2021 rogue with a sunroof but everywhere else wasnt doing anything special to help me find my car. Jake pulled up the car I had called about and had it waiting out front when I arrived. I mentioned I had seen one with a sunroof there so he pulled tgat one up as well. It was a very low pressure situation, whereas the other place I had gone kept trying to cram a brand new one down my throat, even after i made it clear I did not want new. Jake understood how much I wanted the one with the sunroof as it had EVERY SINGLE fearure I wanted, and he made it happen! Best experience at a car dealership ever! I was able to get a rental for her, but my car was left behind. 11 hours away from home, I was in a bind. Henry saved the day. He got the vehicle moved to his garage at QMJ Enterprise Unocal, diagnosed the problem, and performed the repair. Not only did he do this, but he went above and beyond communicating and ensuring the car was all set when the transport came to pick it up. “It was late evening (after hours) when my car broke down. i was calling around in search of A place to tow my car and possibly diagnose the problem. This guy was the only one who would help me. After picking me up and looking over my car on the side of the road, He had my car towed to his garage. He diagnosed and repaired my problem within just A couple of hours of me making the call to him for help. I later checked by phone with other garages to compair their price on the same job that this guy did for me. I was amazed to find that this guy did the repair for more than $200 less than others wanted without the towing. And with all of this being done after hours. THANKS AGAIN!!!! Simply A great guy.....”
