They message each other while counting money then they play good teller, bad teller to deny any transaction that does not make them money instead of charging fees like regular banks

This is the WORST and slowest bank to do business with as a small business they want to put a hold on every check that's over a certain amount no matter how long you've done business with them or how much money you have in your account or run thru your account they don't care about that they treat every business like they just started, they are absolutely the worst bank in America hands down if you iwn a small business please don't open an account here

Rather dim-witted tellers, but that is not the main problem. If you as a bank are going to have online banking, you MUST keep it operational. CarterCares had some problem over the weekend and Carter did not get it working until Monday. Stop being bush league. Your customers depend on that service.

This has to be the worst bank I have ever dealt with. The lobby is always closed. You have to count with the tellers to ensure they deposit the correct amount of cash. There is no ATM or way to deposit cash after hours. The slowest and worst customer service I have ever encountered at a bank.

With the inside being closed the drive thru is always a long wait but the tellers make up for it by being friendly
