Moved to Reidsville and transferred meds, Shawn the pharmacist was rude and unhelpful! The absolute worst pharmacy I have encountered. Noted that no one had informed me that medication not available nor that physician office failed to give diagnosis code for insurance approval. Talked with Shawn who told me that it was not his job to call me nor was it his job to call physician to discuss insurance code was not provided. So what is his job as a pharmacist! Poor patient care . Do not use this pharmacy!

First time there since moving to Reidsville. Martin greeted me immediately and asked where to find something. A probably rare item! He found it after searching in the correct area. Then at the register he was so patient while I fuddled through trying to remember phone numbers for my card. Yay I remembered! He pointed out the coupon on the receipt which was nice also. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the store. I will go back!

Most of the employees are good, but it's not like other pharmacies. Very slow on refills, I think it would help to have a nicer store, with more employees. Something is wrong there with so many complaints.

The pharmacist here at this location will refuse to fill your prescription if it's called in from telehealth. Better to use another pharmacy.

Normally they are pretty good but here recently I have to stand in line forever. I’ll get text that a prescription is ready but when I arrive still not done. It’s a hit or miss here I think

A couple years ago I thought CVS was the best and they were always great. I moved all of my prescriptions from walmart to them. However recently since needing my daughters prescriptions it’s always such a struggle. I usually have to go to pick up a prescription for my daughter after maybe a trip from the urgent care——and you know how fun urgent cares can be with waiting with a toddler- the last thing I want is to have to struggle so much to get a prescription. I just want to go home after being four hours at urgent care. I feel there is always a problem wether it be they are out, they won’t let me pay without insurance (full price which I have no problem with- like just let me pay the $20 I don’t care but the doctor told me my daughter needs her prescription today so I have to get it) etc. I always feel like I’m about to be in tears after dealing with the attempt for my daughters prescriptions. Im going to take my daughters prescriptions to Walgreens from now on. Plus today they said they were out but Madison had it but they might not let me get the prescription at full price since my insurance doesn’t cover it. I went to call and see if I could get it and was on hold for an hour and then they disconnected or hung up on me. This was just really the worst experience. All I want to do is get my baby’s prescription after her trip to the urgent care. It shouldn’t be so difficult. I shouldn’t have to feel so helpless like “how do I get this” do I call the doctor do I call another pharmacy do I call my insurance??? I feel like they left me hanging. So I called Walgreens who actually answered their phone and they helped me! I never like to write bad reviews but seriously you guys know how to make someone feel super stressed.

I had surgery yesterday afternoon that took longer than expected and wasn’t released until 7PM but needed 3 prescriptions filled. I went to Walgreens first since it’s closer to my home but they wouldn’t fill them until the morning, even though I was there by 7:30. I burst into tears because I was hurting and overall feeling emotional from getting surgery but all they could do was stare and stand around and keep repeating that they would have it done in the morning (9AM) because they closed at 8. So, I called CVS and I believe Crystal answered the phone. She was extreme helpful and sympathetic and they rushed to get my prescriptions filled. I’m very thankful for how caring she was and still stuck through the phone call as I was crying and couldn’t talk well. I’m very appreciative of how quickly the pharmacist filled them for me as well. Shortly after I was in bed where I needed to be.

I've never used CVS until 2022 when my insurance switched and now only covers prescriptions filled at CVS. So here I am!! I would rather pay out of pocket somewhere else then use this CVS! Everytime I go inside the store it's disgusting. Literally nasty, unorganized and a mess! I haven't met ONE nice person staffed there. I swear they all hate their job. Everytime I call the pharmacy I get additude. I went to pick up a prescription before and was repeatedly told each time they didn't have it in yet. After going back multiple times, days later, I was told it was sitting in a box in the back somewhere but they couldn't get it because they didn't have enough people. Imagine needing a prescription and having to wait upwards of a week bc it's sitting in a box and they won't go get it, and then they're rude about it, like you're bothering them! I have now been waiting on one prescription for several weeks. I go to pick it up and I'm told they don't have it. This pharmacy has been a complete NIGHTMARE! This store should be shut down!

Prices are higher staff is rude. Gave us the wrong prescription and wanted to argue with our doctor about the prescription. Won't recommend to anyone that has daily prescription.

I will never fill a prescription for under 30 days at this cvs. I always have to wait and alot of times they get it wrong. This pharmacy is horrible. Waiting over an hour for 3 prescriptions. And they had been called in over a hour.

After today, I will pick up my last refill tomorrow and never step inside a CVS pharmacy again; I’ll get it refilled at Walmart, and I hate Walmart. The Pharmacy staff was rude and condescending. When I called and asked for them to hold my meds until Friday instead of Thursday. Go in. The lady was vulgar. No apology, no, nothing. I never had any issues in the past. Besides waiting. This new lady needs more training on customer Svcs rude

Pretty standard CVS, but no drive-through. What I like is the fact that nobody buys wine there, so I can get older vintage reds at the same price as the newer vintages.
