“I live in upstate NY and ordered a bouquet for my sister-in-law in Reidsville without having any prior experience here. They were delivered on time and looked exactly as pictured on their website. She loves them! Regarding the delivery charge, when you factor in the time that it takes an employee to complete a delivery and their compensation, I feel that $15 is quite reasonable.
Updated 12/30/25-ordered again and had another wonderful experience. They even called me to let me know there would be a small alteration to what was pictured online. The arrangement that was delivered was just as beautiful and I couldn’t even notice the difference.”

“I was suppose to have flowers sent today, but something happened to where it actually made it tomorrow. I called at 4pm and the lady on the phone was so sweet and asked if my friend was still at her job, I said yes for another hour. They made sure to deliver it to her. The flowers were beautiful and they made sure it was delivered on time esp during busy time like valentines. Definitely recommend.”

“I needed a same day delivery and Bobby was so accommodating!! We haven’t even seen the arrangement yet, but his customer service is top notch! He found out there are strange names and nicknames when asked if they were dogs and cats I laughed lol. He probably got more information than he wanted, but he was a pleasure to work with!! Can’t wait to see the arrangement!!
